I worked with Kim at ATI Physical Therapy's Boren clinic for almost three months, two days a week, to address a pinched nerve in my neck that had been causing me serious pain. She's a total expert—knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely invested in her patients' recovery. Each week I felt a little bit better. The sessions were hard work but enjoyable, and the entire staff were friendly, skilled, and made the experience great. I learned a ton about PT and am a true believer now. Highly recommend.
If anyone is blessed enough to end up at this ATI , be sure to count that blessing double time. I want to sincerely thank Nodair, Emma, Wendy, Kadar, and everyone else who changed one of my toughest life experiences into one of the best parts of this year as a whole. Not only did I depart feeling stronger with the tools I needed to continue on my own, I left with a sense of community and hope to move forward. They pushed me to do my best (and let me pout my way through it lol) and created a safe and comfortable space for everyone, always with a smile. Honestly can't thank ya'll enough, truly. If I get hurt again I'm definitely coming back to see you! Keep healing and smiling ya'll! -Warren
The PTs here are very knowledgeable and friendly. Nodair helped me work through multiple issues while teaching me about the pains and why each exercise would help. The facility is nice as well.
Nodair Razi is an outstanding physical therapist. He has an incredible ability to pinpoint exactly where to focus and knows just how much to push to help you progress without overdoing it. His dry needling treatments are amazing and have made a huge difference for me — I would highly recommend them to others. His expertise, encouragement, and clear communication make every session effective and motivating. I always leave feeling stronger and more confident in my recovery.
I high value the knowledge and tailored care provided by Nodair. He made the experience easy and fun, and he helped me achieve my PT goals within a reasonable amount of time.
I am over the top pleased about choosing AT for physical therapy. From the awesome welcoming staff to the BEST PT, Hunter!!!! The two PT sessions were rigorous yet VERY beneficial in decreasing hamstring tear pain. AND, the suggestions for relieving pain while riding in the car were right on, amazing! I wish the app had the capability (or maybe it's me) to ask clarifying questions about the at home sessions. I appreciate the videos and notes about at home sessions.
The results were miraculous. Decades of severe to excruciating neck and hip pain were quickly addressed by the recommended series of easy, quick exercise routines I’m repeating at home. All of my adult life, I was ashamed to be the slowest walking person in any group or crowd setting. The prescribed hip and calf stretching exercises clicked in my brain resulting in me finally understanding how to better align my upper body, arms, hips, and toes so that I am suddenly passing most other pedestrians. Walking has gone from dreaded to being my favorite mode of transportation now that it’s fun and effortless. ATI’s online app with videos demonstrating the prescribed exercises is an efficient way to keep me focused and effective in the healing and strengthening of my 65 yo body. Shout out to my physical therapist in the Cabrini Tower, named Naud (pronounced nod). He lead my recovery via thoughtful questions, always listening intently. I felt heard and respected. He even prescribed simple exercise variations to improve my balance and occasional vertigo. All my pain targets were addressed in 3 visits, with substantial relief during the first session. My life and happiness has been elevated from this experience.
The folks working here are nice and seem great at their job but it was not for me. In 3 visits I had 5 different therapist. My 3rd session i had one therapist that was helping another client the entire time she was helping me. Only halfway through for the second client to leave, and another one come for her. While she had her new guest another therapist came over to help me . At which time they were talking over each other to give me further instructions. At that time I decided I am definitely looking for something much more personalized in my care. ATI appears to be one of the largest physical therapy in the country. Clearly this is because they operate very much on a turn and burn, factory , team setting; Which I don’t think is necessarily bad, just not what I was looking for. My first clue, probably should’ve been when the service provider name was not given on any of my appointment bookings or reminders.
This place is incredible -- I'm so thankful for Kim, Emma, Wendy, Tristan, and the entire ATI team for helping me get my body back to working order to get back to cycling and mountain adventures. Everyone at this location is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They helped me work through both knee and shoulder issues that were preventing me from all my favorite activities, and I came away with a much better understanding of how to prevent these issues from coming back. The only downside of getting better is not getting to see them all on a weekly basis anymore.
This is the best physical therapy team I’ve worked with! A special shout out to Allison & Sarah, I greatly appreciate your training expertise and customer service. Thank you for teaching me proper technique, helping me build strength, and making me feel so comfortable! ✨10/10 experience ✨ Max
