I've just had my first energy healing session with Carys and honestly, I feel like I'm floating on air. I feel so peaceful. From the moment I arrived, I was completely at ease with her. She has a friendly, calming way about her and explained what she does, how it works and how I may feel in a really clear way. I also really resonated with some of the messages that came through during the session. At times, Carys would share the energy she was picking up on and it felt really aligned to what I was experiencing. I would highly recommend Carys, such a great experience and I'm looking forward to having another one.
