Jayne has been my Reiki Master Teacher for all four levels of my Reiki training. I have just completed level four - The Master Teacher training and can honestly say the training has been incredible. What you get with Jayne, that you don’t often get elsewhere, is a thorough analysis on how you are developing on a personal level alongside the training and it’s definitely not light touch. I recently decided that I wanted to learn how to meditate. Jayne at You Reiki has proved to be an excellent teacher, she has guided me through the learning process. I attened YouReiki to complete my Level 1 in Reiki. I found the course very informative and was delivered very professionally at times and dates that suited myself. I really enjoyed the course and its flexibility, the support for Jayne Derbyshire who runs the courses was fantastic. I also attend weekly Reiki shares, these shares consist of a small group (5 people max) to practice giving and receiving Reiki treatments in a safe and relaxed enviroment, which is supervised by the course teacher Jayne. The shares are a great way to put into practice and gain more reiki knowledge from the hands on expereince. I will definately be continuing my Level 2 Reiki at YouReiki. YouReiki not only offers Reiki, but other courses. I have just compelted year 1 of the Cosmic Allignment Programe, this course studies your Natal chart and the aim is to become more alligned with your life path by using the information and studying the planets at the time of birth.. The course was very indepth and informative, and have booked on the 2nd year. I have also received Reflexology combined with Reiki and Reiki treaments too, both were very good and deep and great ecpereince. I would recommend YouReiki to anyone who is looking for a good holistic treatment, or anyone who wishes to find out more about Reiki etc throught the many workshops and courses that are offered there. Its a great relaxed enviroment and all course and treatments are delivered in a professional manner.
