Hello everyone, If anyone is looking to book. Please do not wait and JUST book it. She has helped my mum so much! Really appreciate the time and effort she takes. My mum suffers from stenosis and severe shooting pain. It has reduced alot.
Resmi is unquestionably amazing! Very knowledgable, caring and compassionate. An all round superb physio who had me back to my best after 6 sessions! 100% would recommend to anyone needing treatment!
Be cautious with this clinic. I asked which brand and model of shockwave therapy machine they use, but they declined to share that information. I found this unusual and it made me question how transparent their practice is. Their refusal made me wonder whether the device might not be a well-known or premium brand. I personally decided not to go ahead because of this. If you do choose to visit, I’d recommend verifying the brand/model of the device yourself in-person and checking that it’s a trusted, high-quality machine. EDIT: The clinic responded below saying they only provide this information during appointments due to “clinical workload.” While I understand that patients can see the equipment in person, in my view this is still an inadequate approach - it doesn’t take long to share the brand and model beforehand, and transparency upfront is important for patients to make informed decisions. Their refusal to provide this information initially reinforces my concerns about their openness. This clinic doesn’t seem to see anything wrong with their lack of upfront transparency, claiming I am trying to damage their business. My review is purely factual and based on my personal experience - I asked which shockwave therapy device they use, and they declined to provide that information. EDIT 2: The clinic has contacted me asking me to reconsider and remove my review, which I won't do as my review is honest and factual. EDIT 3: In response to their updated response below, the clinic has stated that the brand and model of their shockwave therapy device is disclosed on their website. However, I was unable to find this information online, and when I asked directly, they declined to tell me as mentioned before. In my view, this is still a lack of transparency. My review is not misleading or unfair, as it is based on a factual experience.
Resmi has been nothing short of amazing, kind and caring. 30mins each week has helped my knee injury more than I thought possible.
I am a70 year old woman with Osteoarthritis and Fibromyalgia . I first had acupuncture 20 years ago with Chinese doctors and a few times over the years with others . The thing I have discovered that is most important about acupuncture is to find a good practitioner and Rasmi is definitely one of those! The first time I saw her when she asked me how I was I burst into tears . She reassured me ,making me feel much better . I have currently had 5 sessions and wish I could afford twice a week ! Her treatment room near Carmarthen is clean and well equipped with everything she needs . The room she uses in Llandybie is also clean and well equipped . I can’t thank her enough and would recommend her to anyone. Please don’t be put off by the thought of needles as they are sooo fine you hardly feel them ( the flu jab was more painful) . 💐💐💐
Resmi has treated me for a frozen shoulder and she has been fantastic. She knew straightaway what the problem was and I have had regular appointments to manage pain and increase movement. Resmi is very knowledgeable and so friendly. I have now been discharged and I will miss our weekly chats. I would highly recommend Resmi
I’ve found Resmi excellent at diagnosis and tackling the problem .I would recommend her as a really effective physiotherapist. Great rehab exercises and the equipment she has speeds recovery.
Can't recommend Resmi enough! I was suffering with calf and achilles pain due to running overload. Resmi gave strength exercises, shockwave therapy, and acupuncture. After just a few sessions I was back running pain free. Very professional, and such a lovely lady.
Truly Excellent! I was seen extremely promptly and efficiently diagnosed. Treatment plan was clearly explained and carried out carefully and successfully. I am no longer in pain and have full mobility in the joint again. I am extremely happy with the service Resmi has provided me and have no hesitation in recommending her services to others.
I can't recommend Resmi enough, she is so helpful and knowledgeable. I've been having acupuncture and shockwave therapy for my slipped disc and she diagnosed me with bursitis in my hip which no other professional had even noticed, after 1 treatment on my hip I felt immediately better. She is also the only person in the area who does facial acupuncture with is natural option to botox and has worked very well for me :)
