Mr darius bednarski was amazing , helped me so much with lower back pain and exercises were so helpful and education me so much .
I highly recommend OH One Physiotherapy. Darius was brilliant in helping my recovery after major surgery. He was very professional and knowledgeable, I improved very quickly with tailored exercises and I am continuing to get stronger. Thank you
I had an incredible sports massage with Darius. He immediately identified the problem areas and worked into it. I prefer it deeper/firmer, which he got spot on. Having seen a number of physios over the years, his technique, professionalism, and deep knowledge of muscle anatomy really set him apart. I left feeling much looser, more mobile, and feeling great. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands athletic recovery, Darius is exceptional. Highly recommend!
A really well presented and professional clinic. Darius was very thoughtful and quickly understood my issues. The treatment was very thorough and aftercare was explained comprehensively. I will definitely book in again.
