Excellent range of therapists
The Proprietor and the Acupuncturist have both been of a great help in improving/maintaining my natural health! I have been attending for over 10 years and I have a 100% trust in Alex Wood and Rhian Davies Powell. I have parkinsons and the acupuncture does aid me to keep positive and happy!

Had to cancel an appointment as was critically ill and in hospital and these people charged me the entire price of a voucher that was gifted. Hard to give them notice because of this but makes it harder and the fact hardly anyone ever answers the phone or calls back. The service here is shocking. Trying to get hold of individual therapists is difficult and everyone seems to lack accountability. If I could give zero stars I would.

I made my booking with Susie. My friend and I wanted to be seen at the same time as we had a very busy day. Susie did everything she could to arrange this for us. We arrived and were seen straight away. I was with Louise and my friend went with Susie. Louise had a lovely energy about her, she listened to what I needed and tailored the massage accordingly. It was really lovely and I would definitely go back again. My friend said Susie was good too. I would thoroughly recommend.
