A pulled muscle left me unable to move or drive. One session and a huge improvement, doctors just dish out tablets and physiotherapy. This deep tissue treatment got me back on the road to recovery. I can't recommend it enough.

A number of years ago, I sustained a shoulder injury, meaning that I could not use my right arm effectively, incurring much pain when I raised my arm above shoulder height. I tried a physiotherapist for a few sessions; they did help a little, but I resigned myself to suffering, or at least not using my right arm to its fullest. Just one hour with Louisa, and my shoulder was fixed ! It turned out not to be my shoulder, but the muscles at the top of the arm ! She explained that the muscles in one area can cause pain in another. Since that hour, I have not suffered any further issues. One hour well spent - I can heartily recommend Messy Muscles!
