My experience at the Herbal Clinic has been faultless.The staff always great you with a welcoming smile. I had several issues when I first visited the clinic and have to say I would not be where I am now without the excellent service I received.It is so refreshing to have a consultation with a practitioner who is so patient and knowledgeable about so many issues.Mr James is determined to get to the root of you problems, mentally and physically. I can't thank him enough.

Working with Meilyr has been so helpful. He does more than just accupuncture. You are supported to explore what’s going on beneath the surface of the physical symptoms. The variety of tools of herbal medicines and iridology have helped beyond just accupuncture. I’m really happy with the care I received from Meilyr and the team and highly recommend.

My experience at the Herbal Clinic has been excellent. Mr James is an amazing therapist with a genuine desire to get to the root of your problems and make you better. He treats the whole person instead of just the symptoms and I can't recommend him highly enough. He takes so much time to obtain all the information required for an holistic approach. He provided me with clear guidance on what was causing my problem and guided me with daily actions to take along with medicines. Mr James uses herbs, acupuncture and exams the eyes, using iridology. I visited The Herbal Clinic on the recommendation of a friend for treatment for a long standing health problem, and also wanted to understand what was causing it. GPs had only ever given me medication to suppress it and tablets that should not be taken long term. My experience at the clinic has been excellent. My wife Tina attended the clinic due to suffering with erosive gastritis, having recently having an endoscope at a hospital which had confirmed the h pyroli bacteria, she was given antibiotics and lansoprazole by her doctor, but was still having issues with pain under her left rib. Mr James was keen to get to the root of her problem, took numerous notes regarding her health, examined, assessed tongue and eyes. Tina was prescribed herbal medicine on his assessment and advised of dietary changes. After six weeks of following and taking the medicine she is now pain free, any future issues she would not hesitate to return to see Mr James.

I came across the Herbal Clinic in late 2021 and I need to start by saying that I have never been treated with such care, compassion and consideration by any health professional. This is a unique blend of therapies in one package, I don't know where else you might find such a broad range of skills in one practitioner and I certainly did not expect to find this on my doorstep in Swansea. We seem to live in a world where health is treated piecemeal - not so at the Herbal Clinic who adopt a whole mind and body approach. Meilyr has a refreshing outlook on health and wellbeing, there is no 'sticking plaster' solution, instead he is determined to get to the root of our problems, not just patch us up and send us on our way. I have been given an understanding of what is behind health issues and provided with the tools to put things right for the long term. A light hearted and genial approach is dove tailed with a totally professional and highly skilled practice. His medical knowledge is quite astounding.
