Recently had a treatment with Sharon. Extremely professional from start to finish, the assessment was thorough, and the treatment was top class. It was suggested I receive needling as it was best suited to my shoulder issues I was having. All problem areas were highlighted during the assessment and these were worked on for the rest for the appointment. I had been doing physiotherapy before which was great, but I was not receiving much hands on and it was progressing slowly. After seeing Sharon once my shoulder is now a lot better and I'm able to bench again pain free. I highly recommend anyone to see Sharon and get treatment done if they are in pain, stiff or just want a general MOT.
Amazing experience. Sharon knows her stuff and is happy to apply it while also letting the client be guide. It's rare to find a mutually collaborative massage, but this is one, and well worth seeking out -- both therapeutic and fun. Highly recommended.
Sharon knows what she does and is a great support. She saw exactly what I needed as soon as I explained what were the problems. She does quite a few different treatments and is super nice. I went because she was recommended to me by several people and they were right ! I completely recommend the place 👌😁

Been working with Sharon for several months now on the buildup to my 2023 competitive season and by far the best massage therapist that I've worked with. I've dealt with shoulder issues for years that I've seen more improvement in 4 sessions with Sharon than I have in months working with anyone else. Couldn't recommend her highly enough!

Sharon is amazing at what she does, she really gets in about the bits that require it to ease off the knots and tightness. She’s very professional and friendly and as well as helping you out on the day she gives you self help tips to do outside of the sessions.

What a fantastic experience! Can't tell you how many massages (deep tissue/remedial) I've had over the years, but can't wait for another session with Sharon at Your Peaceful Retreat. Technique and firmness of touch were spot on. The room itself, perfect temperature and comfortable. Just a great experience. Proof of the pudding was the next day. My whole body just felt lighter and free of any tension. Brilliant :-)
