Jeb is a really great physio, with clear explanations, genuinely listened, and the plan felt realistic and tailored. I felt comfortable throughout and left with practical exercises that are helping. Would definitely recommend.
I met Jeb a year ago, with shoulder and upper back pain I had for almost 6 years. He made me feel at ease when I would attend my sessions with him. Jeb would demonstrate how I should exercise my shoulder and arm with techniques that helped relieved my symptoms. The pain in my shoulder has gone. By doing my exercises regularly I can move my arm freely again without it being painful. I’m trying to strengthen it with weights now, which I wasn’t able to do before! :) I would highly recommend Jeb! He is a polite, patient and supportive therapist. His positive attitude made me feel at ease and I felt comfortable with his professional opinion on my injury. I would definitely go back, if I injure myself again…. Which I hope I don’t! But I wouldn’t trust anyone else to help me…. Only Jeb. :)
I’ve been seeing Jeb for five weeks following a hamstring injury I picked up during a marathon, and he has been fantastic. He’s professional, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely a great person to work with. Highly recommend.
Excellent care and attention. Jeb spent time diagnosing the cause of a painful hip which has now been successfully fixed through targeted exercises and manipulation. I continue to use Jeb’s services to address tightness in my lower back
Jeb has been treating me for a few months after a severe knee injury from a fall. I’ve visited a few physios for various injuries and ailments over the years but will absolutely say he is the best in the business. He doesn’t just “do his job”, he goes above and beyond to fully understand your injury and the effects of it on not just your physical health but your general wellbeing in order to treat it in the most effective way. From my first appointment Jeb made me feel at ease, not only understanding the treatment required but understanding me as a person and fitting a treatment plan into my life. He has made a huge difference to my recovery, I’ve no doubt I wouldn’t be as far on as I am if I had been treated by previous physios I’ve had. He is exceptionally good at what he does with an incredible knowledge on not just traditional physio but alternative treatments he can provide to aid recovery. Also, to boot, he is a genuinely lovely person, I look forward to our sessions as I always come away knowing something I didn’t before from our conversations about the world which always distract me from necessary but sometimes painful steps in my treatment. The fact that he has taken the time to understand me as a person, he knows just “to do” and not tell me beforehand as someone of a nervous disposition. Top class physio!
I had issues with my ankle and was fixed within weeks by going to Jeb's clinic. Jeb made the process smooth and easy with great communication and helps that he is a nice guy in general to get on with. Was very professional and provided a high standard service.
Jeb took time and listened to the issues I was having with my knee. He explained what the problem was and what would be the best form of treatment. If I have any issues in the future Jeb will be my first point of contact, 100% recommend!
I highly recommend Jeb Spink to anyone needing a first class physiotherapist. I was recommended to Jeb through my insurance company having had a knee replacement surgery (in both knees). Jeb quickly improved the flexibility in my knee joint as well as exercises that encouraged building muscle strength around the joints. Jeb’s personality matches his skill levels and he comes highly recommended by me (and the insurance company….)
I first met Jeb a few months ago during my treatment process and I quickly warmed to him. He has a great communication style, explaining the situation in simple language, talking through the specifics of treatment plan and talking me through all elements of the treatment, even the needles!! Sadly I've seen quite a few physios in my time, but I can say with full transparency that Jeb is the best by far. I would highly recommend Jeb for any of your physiotherapy needs. Thank you for the professionalism and keeping me honest in my recovery plan to Jeb👍
I saw Jeb for around 8 weeks for a thigh and hip issue, and I can’t recommend him enough. He really knows his stuff and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand, from the problem cause to the exercises to help recovery! The sessions were not rushed, and he always made sure I was comfortable during treatment. I’ve noticed a huge improvement since my treatment and I'll continue with the exercises he gave me! Great expertise, great bedside manner, and overall a very positive experience!
