Kirsty was very helpful with an ongoing shoulder problem, her assessment was in depth and she gave me a good beginning set of rehab exercises with good examples of each, to be reassessed again in a few weeks. She was very lovely and reassuring of my concerns and next steps!
I came to SPG after an injury (spare you the details), and they've been absolutely incredible from start to finish. From the first assessment, they provided a clear and structured treatment plan, explained everything thoroughly, and laid out a realistic progression to recovery. Every session felt purposeful, and I always knew what we were working towards. The team are genuinely invested in your recovery and it shows.
Long one but if you are considering physiotherapy & are weighing up your options, take 2 mins & have a read! Tristan’s knowledge, assistance & programming during my knee rehab over the last few months has been phenomenal. Tristan is now my 4th physio due to reoccurring knee issues.. up until my first session working with Tristan, i saw a lack of progression, plagued with constant set backs - frustrated as i felt stuck at square one. Since starting, i have progressed from struggling with normal everyday activities such as walking, etc. I can now squat with full ROM again, deadlift, carry out cardio sessions at a high intensity & most importantly for myself - I have been able to get back into running.. it was only 3/4 months ago that I couldn’t walk the length of myself without it flaring up! Cannot recommend Tristan’s services enough as, like i said previously, i have worked with 3 physios that haven’t been able to get me past the early stages of rehab.
Tristan has been my physio for close to a year now. He has helped me with multiple niggles I've had as an active runner. I appreciate that he takes the time to understand the issue, the assessment is always extremely thorough and the treatment plan is clear and actionable. Highly recommend.
Tristan and the team are highly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Happy that I got into their hands and now I feel so much better. 💪💪 Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality physiotherapy care!
I saw physiotherapist Tristan after injuring my hip training for a half marathon. He suggested a variety of rehabilitation exercises. This allowed me to build strength to run further pain free 😃
I cannot recommend Tristan highly enough - he is professional, dedicated, caring and extremely knowledgeable. My husband recommended him and he has now successfully treated calf muscle and lower back problems, helped me become stronger in what feels like a safe and supported way, and enabled me to continue to enjoy all the sports and outdoors activity I love. Thanks to the whole team at SPG
I seen Tristan for a sports massage and told him about ongoing issues with my shoulder. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some tips on how to help my shoulders. I'll definitely be going back to Tristan for some rehab soon and another sports massage
I think SPG clinic treat every person as an valued individual and certainly not as a customer. Tristan was patient, efficient and very helpful to me. Everything he was doing was properly explained and informative. After the session he gave me some tips so help reduce back pain. The overall service was professional, relaxed and friendly, and the atmosphere very calming. Definitely recommend!!!
Absolutely stellar support from Tristan and the team. Had a dodgy hip bothering me for months - got booked in, left with a clear treatment plan and a programme. I also decided to take the additional session with Dale to show me how to do the exercises. If that wasn't enough, I've also been back for a sports massage since. I feel so much better already, thank you and would recommend.
