I was really apprehensive to start therapy, but Ashim really made me feel comfortable every session. His space and presence are both very calming and relaxing. Nothing I said was too outrageous and he often matched my energy which was a really nice experience for someone who doesnt take life too seriously. I really enjoyed how he used different things during sessions to accommodate me (im a very visual learner). Cannot recommend Ash enough for anyone thinking about starting therapy. Ive come out a different person with alot of a calmer outlook on life
I cannot recommend Ashim at CBT Revive highly enough. From the start, it was clear that his approach goes far beyond standard clinical practice. Ashim is really going above and beyond in the quality of his follow-up care.He doesn't just "check the clock" during sessions; his level of empathy is genuine and consistent. I felt truly heard and supported throughout the process, which created a safe environment to tackle difficult topics. Ashim’s vision for a well-rounded therapeutic method included well being mentally and physically. He is dedicated to putting a structured yet adaptable plan in place that addresses not just the symptoms, but the person as a whole. If you are looking for someone who is deeply committed to your progress and brings a thoughtful, comprehensive methodology to the table, Ashim is the person to see.
I’m incredibly grateful for the support and guidance I’ve received from my therapist. From the very beginning, they created a safe, welcoming space where I felt heard, understood, and never judged. Their ability to listen with empathy while also offering thoughtful, practical insights has made a real difference in my life. What stands out most is how they tailor each session to what I need in the moment, while still helping me see the bigger picture and make meaningful progress over time. They’ve helped me develop healthier ways to cope, better understand myself, and approach challenges with more confidence and clarity. I always leave our sessions feeling lighter, more grounded, and better equipped to handle whatever comes next. I truly appreciate their professionalism, kindness, and dedication. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a compassionate and effective therapist.
