Awful experience with this guy. Please avoid at all costs, grafter.
I have used Independent Psychiatry for guardianship reports for some time. The reports are very good quality at a competitive price. All time limits have been met. Friendly and efficient service from admin staff. Highly recommended.
Have used Independent Psychiatry for a number of years now. Never had any issues. Staff are all easy to deal with. Highly recommend.
Independent Psychiatry have been reliably assisting my clients with assessment reports for AWI guardianship applications for around 15 years. The detailed reports are very helpful and are provided within the time limits requested.
Ringing to enquire about ADHD assessment, reception so just hung up and stonewalled any further attempts to call. Don’t bother with this company, some people are just rude.
During my initial contact receptionist told me that I have to ask my GP for a referral. Then reception of GP clinic said that to make a referral I should give then an appointment time first and they need to know the name of the psychiatrist I will be talking to. Odd? Yes, but never mind. I phoned Independent Psychiatry reception again.. I asked receptionist if I can tur on the recording and play back her instructions to GP receptionist instead of passing messages. Receptionist asked me not to record and offered to forward these instructions to me by email instead. While I was searching for my email address their receptionist just dropped the call and refused to pick up when I redialled 5 minutes later. Same 15 minutes later. In short - I was given a run-around and then stonewalled when asked for permission to record the conversation.
Unfortunate a one star review has been left without an explanation for Independent Psychiatry. After two years of a constant uphill battle trying to find the right diagnosis and treatment that would suit my partner after battling mental illness the majority of his life, I can genuinely say that Independent Psychiatry has been a godsend for us both. The staff go the extra mile for their clients, and couldnt be more helpful and caring towards our needs. Wouldnt ever go anywhere else. Thank you again to everyone in the office, youve changed our lives due to your kindness and dedication to your work.
