First class service very professional and informative, really pleased with the instructions and guidance ,thank you John. RM..
Knowledgeable and experienced team with excellent diagnostic ability using only clinical examination. Polite receptionist. Diagnosed my issues quickly and gave me a realistic and easy to use exercise plan that has massively helped to reduce pain and has helped me get back to doing a lot more activity. As a healthcare professional myself I can see this is a very able team and would recommend them to friends and family.
Very rude and very unprofessional changed my appointment 2 times, finally seen me for first session, booked me in for 2 weeks later on the day of the appointment they called me saying you were booked for yesterday!!! No reminder what so ever was sent. I meant to get emails with all the exercises before go back in never had that too. And I got told if I’m not happy do come back here. I would absolutely not recommend.
Referred to Glasgow Premier Physiotherapy from my employers (Openreach). Samruddhi looked after me for all 4 visits - after an initial review she really helped me manage and improve my condition. It was a fantastic service and I left my final appointment feeling so so much better in myself and with the knowledge and exercises she had given me to manage the injuries. Thanks again!!
I recently had some physio treatment at Glasgow Premier Physiotherapy. Like others who have commented the premises are warm and welcoming as is the receptionist. However that aside The actual treatment I received was outstanding and being elderly I was treated with courtesy and consideration. Roy the physio who attended to me was the best physio I have ever had in all the years I have needed physiotherapy treatment. I had come to have treatment after a car accident and must add he was very kind and I would say he has a gift in dealing with elderly clients - well that is my experience.. I suffer from claustrophobia and he ensured I was in a room that I felt comfortable in before the treatment started and I never once felt I was a nuisance that I have experienced in the past with other phsiotherapists. I would certainly return to Glasgow Premier Physiotherapy should I need physio and will certainly recommend them to my friends and family if anyone needed physio. Thank you.
Very warm staff members, professional in practice and well courteous. From the receptionist, the ever-smiley warm welcoming interactive Becky, always willing to support with flexible and suitable appointments schedules to interactive bookings to the Physio Specialist with a professional touch of Class-Roy has been so interactive in delivering the job. He is patient and takes time to explain all the procedures. All sessions have been worth looking up to. Many thanks to Glasgow Premier Physio Team. I recommend persons with issues relating to treatment and attention to ligaments, bone treatment and tendinitis to visit them. Arinze EGEMONYE
I had my final session today at Glasgow Premier Physiotherapy and I can’t thank them enough or recommend them if you need physio or a sports massage. My treatment was explained clearly and I even got an app showing the exercises I had to do daily which was brilliant! I dealt with Steven, Marlynda and Chris and they were all fabulous! So friendly and so professional and really knew how to treat me. They all showed a genuine concern and interest in my progress. Although my treatment is finished I will definitely book back in with GPP for a sports massage…..would have one every day if I could….so good! Thanks again!! See you soon, Hilary McBride
I have been attending Glasgow premier physiotherapy for the past two months. I was sent to them by my insurance company after being in a car accident back in September. After the accident I had several different issues that needed addressed and upon meeting John I felt very relaxed and happy. My consultation was handled with care and compassion and John showed a genuine interest in my recovery. He discussed a plan moving forward and supplied me with a lot of information and exercises to work on throughout my treatment. I had my last treatment today but if I ever needed a physiotherapist again or a sports massage this would be the place I would use. Great facility, it’s in Glasgow centre so it’s very easy to get to and not only John but the staff are lovely. Very good experience and to top it all off I feel the best I’ve felt in months.
I'm a very anxious person and was very apprehensive about getting treatment for my lower back pain, but Steven could not have been more patient, friendly and understanding. His knowledge is exceptional and my back pain has improved so much in such a short time with the exercises he gave me. Cannot recommend highly enough, if I ever need treatment again I will definitely be back to see Steven.
Would highly recommend. Steven was super friendly & knowledgeable and helped get my injured ankle into a fit enough state to join a pre-booked hiking trip on Skye. Definitely wouldn't have made it if it wasn't for my appointments with him. Any future injuries, I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
