I have been going to Rebecca for a number of months and she has been a fantastic support for me. I can’t describe enough the support she has given me and the impact it’s had not only on my mental health but my physical wellbeing. Supporting me specifically with the issues which have been pertinent for me I felt most comfortable with Rebecca, and the fact she has been able to support me as a woman and the background she has been instrumental. Would recommend and highly recommend !!!
I came to therapy unsure of exactly what I needed and ended up working with Rebecca for 4 years. It was the most valuable investment in myself I’ve ever made. Rebecca is a credit to her profession. She is unwaveringly patient, insightful and flexible in her approach. She is capable of handling moments of acute crisis as well as exploring broader personal themes, such as recognising patterns of behaviour. I now feel much better equipped to handle life’s tougher moments. I would recommend Rebecca to anyone (and already have done!)
This experience has truly changed my life in ways I never thought it could. I came to Rebecca with anxiety and emetophobia and can truly say that the skills I learned will stick with me for the rest of my life and will be used every day. With every session I felt heard, respected and safe to express myself. All I can say is thank you!
Someone who listens, cares, and helps people feel heard. Highly recommend!
Rebecca is amazing at what she does. Incredibly welcoming and completely gets it. After working with her, I feel like my anxiety is much more manageable and it no longer rules my life the way it did prior to meeting her, for that she has my eternal thanks.
Amazing help- would recommend Rebecca to anybody struggling with anxiety. Therapy was different here, extremely practical and helpful.
