It doesn't come easy to me to reach out for help - but after the loss of my baby boy I am so glad I reached out to this charity for help. I genuinely don't know where I would be today without them. From the first phone call with Julie she knew exactly which counsellor would best suit me as a person and my needs. Kari was absolutely amazing and really helped me to process my grief in a safe, compassionate and gentle manner. Thank you so much Baby Loss Retreat, every day is still a struggle and the grief is still raw but I am in a much better place thanks to all your help.
