First time my boyfriend and I have been and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Charlotte! Was exactly what we both needed, these are nothing like the chairs at the nail salon or the mall. SO SO much better. We both prefer deep tissue massage and this did not disappoint!

I haven't been able to enjoy the Zero Gravity experience yet, but when I needed help changing my recent reservation, they were willing to accommodate me. Thank you for putting your customers ahead of making a quick buck. I look forward to finally getting to visit soon.

The chairs were super easy to use and the whole process from start to finish was smooth and stress free. We’ll definitely be back.

It was different but fairly easy to get in and quick video tutorial to start your hour massage. After that the chair kicks back for you! Cool idea that works!

Excellent experience! We will definitely be back. My husband and I are not people who get massages, but we have been through a lot of stress in the last several months, and I wanted to use our night out to do something different to relax together. This experience was perfect! We had to reschedule our appointment to a different day last minute, and it was rescheduled easily. Booking is simple, and I received very clear instructions on entering the building and finding the suite. A quick phone call to check in remotely when we arrived, and the representative was very pleasant and helpful. The room is private and relaxing. The massage chairs are easy to use and very comfortable. The Thai massage setting helped so much with my back, shoulder and neck tension. I recommend this experience highly for anyone who feels they will benefit from a massage, but are uncomfortable or apprehensive about the traditional massage experience. We will absolutely be repeat customers!

If I could give 6-stars, I would. Several months ago my wife and I did zero gravity massage chairs in an airport so today my wife and I wanted to find a local place to do the same type of massage. After some research, we found this place not too far away. We texted the number and was pleasantly surprised how quickly on a Sunday morning we received a reply. We purchased our tickets and the rest was soooo easy. We received the address and directions what to do when we got to the building. It was a little strange entering this building with NO ONE around on a Sunday but still felt very safe. The informational texts kept coming and we were soon by the entrance. We got a phone call and the man on the phone remotely opened the door and talked us through this wonderful experience. We loved the heat on the chair (no too much or too little, just perfect) which you can turn on or off. We also really enjoyed the way the chair massaged and stretched you. My wife is 4’11” and really appreciated the chair adjusting automatically to her size. We also very much enjoyed the dimly lit room with the water sound machine. It made this a truly relaxing experience. In closing, we also didn’t think we would stay for all 60 minutes but it was very pleasant and we look forward to going back.
