She messed me up. I'm talking longterm, I can't even describe it. <if anyone knows a therapist/psychologist who is there.
I’ve been to a few therapists and psychologists before, but I always ended up leaving after a couple of sessions because it felt impersonal and transactional. That changed completely with Dr. Milling. She’s the only one who’s made me feel truly cared for and supported. She gave me real tools to work through my challenges and encouraged me to reach a place where I didn’t feel like I needed therapy anymore. That kind of honesty and compassion is rare. Dr. Milling is an amazing therapist and an even better human being.
