Telehealth appointment was a positive experience.

My first time with Mr Alston and despite some technical issues on my my side, great experience! I look forward to diving into my issues and try to come up with answers. I like his style as it is very laid back but involved. Doesn't feel like he loomed over me with all the answers but rather as two guys sitting down to chat. Needing this talk therapy now after 20 years of mostly meds and 'feeling good' but even that was starting to fall short. I'm feeling like a new observation and perspective is what I will get!

Wayne is an amazing counselor, soon as I met him, we connected in such a wonderful way. As a veteran it sometimes is hard to get a good connection with counselors and I had a bad experience prior, so having this happen was such a blessing.

I truly could not have asked for a better therapist. I was a wreck when I met him and had failed to connect with 2 previous therapists. With Wayne I feel seen and heard. He has, and continues to help me in many areas of my mental health struggles. He is easygoing. But at the same time will ask the hard questions and push when needed. If asked a few years ago, I would have never imagined being excited for therapy day. I cannot say enough good things about him.

He is wonderful. Answers questions and guidance thoroughly. I wish I found him years ago. Caring, kind, knowledgeable, yet direction for me to follow.

As a 20 Year Retired Army Veteran, I've endured my fair share of challenges and life events that have always lived internal within me. Taking a stand for my overall mental health and well being has not always been easy to tackle. However, since being under the care of Wayne...He has provided me with a new found reason to live. I am greatly blessed to have him as my therapist and would recommend Wayne to anyone who (like me once self isolated...to now seeking to free my self from my past trauma experiences by way of his care and commitment to being resilient).

Wayne helped me get a lot of pressure off my heart and brain. He worked with me and help me feel better about my self . Going to a therapist was the right thing to do to get through my grief and many other things. If I ever need to talk to someone I know I can contact Wayne. He was such a blessing and just what I needed.
