It’s taken me a long time to write this review because Dr. Q is absolutely wonderful and I didn’t feel like I had the words to truly describe working with her. Dr. Q truly focuses on the whole person and where you are in your journey (for me it was pregnant and then postpartum). She provided suggestions from her experiences that helped me to navigate pregnancy and postpartum, just as much as her professional guidance. She helped me to fix an issue I didn’t even realize I was having but that was absolutely impacting my body. Dr. Q was also the first person to notice my high blood pressure. She measured it multiple times three different ways just to confirm what she was seeing. Thanks to her diligence I was able to bring it up to my OB and we were able to begin medicine to control it. I highly recommend Dr. Q. If you’re unsure or questioning whether you need pelvic floor therapy….the answer is that you do and the Doctor you need for it is Dr. Q.
Dr. Q has helped me through all three of my pregnancies and post partum's and has educated me so much on my pelvic floor health. I have had a wonderful experience with her each birth and I always recommend her to all my friends. I would recommend going in pregnancy too and not just post partum. She is sooo sweet and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed during each visit. I feel so much more confident in my work outs now post diastasis recti and so much more of my breathing.
this has been eye-opening and amazing for me I was having pain in my pelvis in a bone I thought and I didn’t know what doctor to go to. Thank goodness my internal medicine PA referred me to pelvic floor therapy at the time. I thought she was crazy, but within minutes, the problem was located and is currently being solved. I truly thought I was gonna be in pain for the rest of my life and she has helped me immensely with this pain and things I can continue at home to keep it from coming back 10 out of 10 recommend all women should have at least an evaluation. It’s well worth it.
I have been seeing Dr. Q since before I got pregnant with my first child and she has been a critical part of my comfort through two pregnancies and recovery for both. She is always patient, keeps it real, and takes the time to explain things to you so you can implement changes in your daily life. As a mom herself, she really gets it and always customizes a session to what is going on with you that day, not just what she assumes or even what you discussed last time. I've thrown her curve balls before as things happen and she always adapts and I leave feeling better and like I have a path forward that works for me. My pelvic floor is more balanced after two children than it was before I ever got pregnant. Not to mention, she's generally a pleasure to be around!
Dr. Q is the best of the best! She is so welcoming and ensures you are comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She has taught me so much about my pelvic floor and how to maintain the progress I have made while seeing her. I appreciated her implementation of pilates and strength movements into the sessions that I could apply to my solidcore classes. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Q if not for a specific problem then for the education and awareness. So appreciative for my sessions and progress!
I had a wonderful experience at PT for Her with Dr. Quana. From the very first visit, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and supported. Dr. Quana is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate, and she took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Pelvic floor physical therapy can feel intimidating, but Dr. Quana created a safe and encouraging environment that made the entire process empowering. I noticed real progress and felt more confident in my body with each session. I am truly grateful for the care and expertise provided at PT for Her and highly recommend Dr. Quana to anyone looking for pelvic floor physical therapy.
I had the privilege of working with Dr. Q both before and after giving birth, and I cannot express enough how incredible she is. Her expertise in pelvic floor physical therapy significantly impacted my pregnancy and delivery experience. Thanks to her guidance, and personalized care, I felt confident and well-prepared as I went into labor, which I attribute to the fact that my delivery was remarkably quick - just 25 minutes! If you are pregnant, I cannot recommend Dr. Q highly enough. She is patient, kind, and absolutely exceptional at what she does. Working with her was one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy journey.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Dr. Q and appreciated her expertise. The intimate setting and her practical approach to care truly made it a great experience. I would highly recommend her as she is a great healthcare provider and educator! As a fellow healthcare provider, I love her caring nature, empathy and professionalism.
Dr. Q has been so great! I’m 11 weeks postpartum and have been seeing her for pelvic floor therapy. She’s done a great job of making me feel comfortable and at ease; during the initial assessment, she addressed all my of my concerns, talked through likely causes, and worked with me to create a clear and actionable care plan. She’s so easy to talk to during appointments and the at home exercises are easy to work into everyday life. It’s also really nice that the practice is specifically for women, so you don’t have to worry about feeling awkward in the waiting room. 10 out of 10 would recommend, especially for postpartum women!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Q. She's been essential to my postpartum healing journey and I'm so glad I found her! She's incredibly knowledgeable, personable and down to earth, and a fantastic supporter/trainer/coach all in one. I did eight sessions and would highly recommend all postpartum women meet with Dr. Q at least once. It's been an excellent experience from the first meeting to the last, and I appreciate having access to a portal that tracks all of our exercises, links, messages, etc. The office is cute, comfy, and well-equipped (and there's plenty of parking outside), and the patient care coordinators have also been wonderful. Seriously, 5 stars all around.
