I'm so grateful I discovered Power Physio. Flare ups from an old back injury were preventing me from being as active as I wanted. From the start, you can tell how invested Matt and Jordan are. They want you to get better just as much as you do. Jordan always makes sure I understand why I'm doing the exercises he's given. He helped tremendously offering cues and modifications tailored to me when I lift so I don't have to avoid lower body workouts anymore. Amazing personalized and attentive service!

Matt has been amazing to work with through the whole process of recovering from my injuries, calming the inflammation, and rebuilding strength. He is patient and takes time to really understand what hurts, then walks you through all the phases of returning to the activity you love. For me, that is running and he helped me get healthy enough to run the Berlin marathon when just 8 weeks before I couldn’t run even a mile. As someone who likes to learn and be proactive, I also really appreciate that Matt takes the time to answer questions and help you understand the root cause and the “why” behind the PT plan.

Jordan and Matt are great - highly attentive, personalized service, and always welcoming atmosphere. Their knowledge is top notch and their care is professional and was tailored specifically to my individual circumstance. I started coming here a year ago dealing with a lower back injury and have never felt better. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a better approach to PT for whatever issue you’re dealing with.

I went to see Matt after a friend recommended him. I had been dealing with a lingering issue I thought was ITBS but despite working with PT and consistently working on strength, I wasn’t seeing the progress I needed and still was not feeling like myself. I saw improvements almost immediately after I started working with Matt - his unique and structured approach really helped me nail down the root of the issue, get back to feeling the best I had in a really long time, and finish the NYC marathon! I’ve learned so much about how to better maintain and strengthen my body under the demands of training. Highly recommend PowerPhysio, particularly if you’ve been stuck in cycle of injuries or aren’t see the progress you’re looking despite putting in the effort.

I’ve worked with Matt for a few years off and on for different issues and I am continually impressed with his knowledge, skill, and passion for his work. He approaches every session with genuine concern for any problem areas I need to work on and listens to every detail I provide, no matter how tedious. I truly feel heard and respected when working with Matt. He is professional and kind and I feel that my time and money is valued- he’s never pushy about booking sessions if he doesn’t feel it’s necessary. He never judges and takes the time to understand my individual needs and concerns. I truly feel taken care of in his hands. I enthusiastically recommend him to all of my friends and anyone who is looking for a multi-faceted approach to their physical therapy.

Matt knows his stuff. He’s helped me twice now to fix some pretty significant issues. He explains things that make it easy to comprehend, He gives you great and easy exercises to do at home to help progress your healing quickly. When he treats you, you can tell that he is just as invested in you getting better as you are. I have seen a few physical therapist in my time and he is by far the best!

Best physical therapy clinic in Charlotte! From start to finish, my experience has been amazing. I am working with Jordan on a consistent maintenance plan for numerous issues that pop up between my training and races. He has kept me feeling 100% and has been there for me every step of the way. Highly Recommend 10/10- I couldn’t have done this without PowerPhysio!

Matt is great. I've gone to him over the years to tight back muscles from years of sitting in front of a computer and weight lifting. I was seeing another rehab specialist but they weren't able to fix the problem, just address the symptoms. One session with Matt and I already saw improvements and keep seeing improvements week after week.

I've been in the weight room over 20 years. Injuries come with the territory. I've seen a lot of different doctors, specialists, physical therapists, and every other injury rehab profession along the way in my fitness journey. Matt is among the best. If you are hurt, you can trust that he will get you back to feeling healthy. Next time I get injured I will definitely come back and I would recommend Matt to anyone that needs help getting back to 100%

Jordan has been such a huge help in getting me back to feeling myself again! I found Power Physio online when I was searching PT & dry needling near me. They answered my call right away & was able to get me in same day (within an hour of me calling!) He immediately knew how address my needs and was able to help with dry needling that day which brought me some much needed relief in a time of a lot of pain. From there he helped me work through a few other problem areas that would have taken months to address if I went with other PT’s through my insurance. He got me back to feeling normal again in only a few visits & that in itself is far worth the money spent. I would highly recommend Jordan and Power Physio to anyone looking to get back to feeling healthy & normal again. Much deserved 5 stars!
