I've had the pleasure of working with Pinnacle staff many times. They are wonderful to work with, very detailed oriented and always doing what's best for the clients they serve.

So far our experience has been negative. The QP is very difficult to get a hold of during crisis. Also, there is A LOT of boundary crossing/overhsharing of personal information and excuses as to why the QP cannot provide in person services. Be careful when bringing up concerns because there is much CYA. You definitely need to advocate for your kiddos. QP failed to engage my child so now she has to do IHTS because that's all there is left and the QP failed to really engage like they should have.
