I’ve been seeing Carmen for a few years now and am highly satisfied with all the services she’s provided me. I struggle with anxiety and after years of trying to find the right prescription, I’ve been able to come down on my dose and ween out medications that did not work for me. In addition to that, I’ve been able to work on weight loss and weight management with Carmen. She has helped motivate me and make the process of a healthier lifestyle easier to navigate. If you’re looking for someone who is caring, compassionate and understanding for your health and mental health needs, Carmen is the right person for you!

She has made time for emergency appointments. I feel seen and heard by Carmen. I can trust her and her recommendations. 10/10
