Ms. Reed is highly unprofessional and could not keep a correct appointment time. Front desk is closed on weekends and there were no additional ways other than email to contact therapist until they finally responded. Look elsewhere. Not a good choice for someone who has made a decision to seek help, only to be left at a closed door.
Seeing Karen has been amazing for my personal growth and mental health. She explains what I'm experiencing in a way that I understand and remember. Telling her about what's going on in my life immediately reduces my anxiety. She's kind, compassionate, and very knowledgable. My ability to handle hard times and my enjoyment of life has greatly improved since seeing her. I look forward to continuing to work together.
I’ve been working with Karen for almost 4 months now. She has done and continues to do a wonderful job of helping me work through my issues that lead me to seek counseling in the first place. Her demeanor and genuine approach help me open up where I struggled to in the past. I will continue working with her for the foreseeable future.
