Dr. Kingsley is a gift! Her unique combination of therapies are a rare find! I felt safe and comfortable from day one and have experienced transformative improvements in mobility and strength, stress and tension reduction, and overall better nervous system regulation. She is attentive, thorough, and effective! π
Dr. Kingsley is a magic worker! I am currently 31 weeks pregnant and was having unbearable lower back/SI joint pain. Every step was excruciating. I saw a chiro with no alleviation so hoped for the slightest relief from myofascial therapy. After one session with Dr. Kingsley, I am able to walk and pick up my 2 year old with no pain. I slept soundly through the night without having to toss and turn to get comfortable. And today, I walked for 4 hours straight with simply a slight pressure. I could cry Iβm so relieved. Thank you Dr. Kingsley!
hard to put into words. i am changed for the good and feeling my spirit healing
I have been attending Dr. Kingsleyβs core power yoga class at Noda Yoga for a month now and I have to say it is LIFE ALTERING. I am a RYT and have never been in a class that is so integrative, strength building yet so accessible for all bodies and levels. It will take you into each movement one by one, with lots of fun props. One of my favorite aspects of this class is how she spends so much time warming your body up so by the time you get to the actual flow you are truly in your body. I am a forever attendee and feel so strong from just the one class a week. Highly highly recommend!!!
In late August of 2022 at 3:00 am I was sitting in the Emergency Room of Novant I was informed that I had appendicitis and was scheduled for an emergency surgery in a couple hours. Just 12 hours earlier I had a stomach ache that slowly turned into gut wrenching pain and numbness in my left leg. 5 weeks later the pain went away and holes in my abdomen closed up but I still had numbness, to where I could only fall asleep while wearing compression socks. I seek out Dr. Kingsley and prepaid for 9 sessions I didnβt have the patience to wrestle with my insurance company to get treatment. I saw drastic results after my first session and continued to see her from twice a week, weekly, biweekly, and now monthly. In just a few short months I went from extreme discomfort to training for a Marathon. Dr. Kingsley has a wealth of expertise and was able to treat my original issue and help me resolve many of my bodyβs bio mechanical issues I have accumulated over my lifetime from sports, overtraining and living life. If you are in pain put down your Tylenol, Advil, and doctor prescribed opioids and call her office. Life doesnβt have to be this way.
I have seen Dr. Kingsley for several different issues. She was always fun, hands on, eager to help and knowledgeable regarding my ailments. She takes her craft seriously and consistently works on expanding her certifications to become the best PT out there. I would recommend her to anyone!
I highly recommend checking out Dr. Kingsley and her massage gun technique. She worked on me for 30 minuets and was able to soothe my right shoulder tension and sciatica pain. What a great start to a rainy Saturday morning!
I have gone to Sarah for several different issues. Each time she has made me "good as new"! Her knowledge is amazing, consistently knowing just what to do. She is always so professional, patient, and just pleasant and fun to be around.
Sarah Kingsley has been my physical therapist, intermittently, for the past 3+ years and I have nothing but praise for her. Her therapeutic skills are impressive as is her patient protocol. In addition, she has the ability to make going to PT almost funπ I am but one of many members of the βSarah Kingsley fan clubβ in our retirement home. I can recommend Sarah without hesitation.
