I was kind of nervous to start working with a new practice due to a bad experience at another but after my first session I finally felt heard and so far it’s going well! Megan is very friendly and accommodating!

Called today to schedule a new appointment for my daughter. The representative that answered the phone was very short and extremely impatient with me. My daughter has medicaid and she said she could not look up what type of medicaid we have. I didn't know that there were different types of medicaid. When I advised her that I have Amerihealth immediately she asked and your daughter.....I mean really. I would assume yes....she said that I needed to call medicaid to confirm. So disturbing 😫

Megan is the best! I understand that, that alone, is not necessarily truly informative, but we, (3 of us) have been seeing her for more than 5 years, we have never been disappointed! She is friendly, kind, patient, flexible & willing to experiment with options etc. I'd hate to have to go searching for a new "awesome doc"!
