Where do I start. As a newbie into the “Therapy world” I had no specific expectations to the process. But now I feel the need to leave this review because having good experiences and improving my quality of life is not just the therapist “job”. As my awareness to my triggers, interpretations, weaknesses and insecurities are discovered. I have to recognize that it would not be possible without my current therapist (Obasi) . He makes me feel like a person who deserves more than the things I’ve done. He is very present, attentive and knowledgeable which helps me be vulnerable. I have noticed that even when I quickly pivot my conversation multiple times he addresses everything I mention. So, If you are looking to TRANSFORM yourself and your life.. start today. You will not be disappointed!!

Leighanne answer on my first call. Very genuine and super thoughtful for my situation and my well-being. Even called back to try and help me further 20 minutes after we hung up. Thanks a bunch for going above and beyond!

I highly recommend my therapist, Nedra Tawwab. I have been going to her over 4 years and her sessions are filled with empathy and profound insight, creating a supportive and understanding environment. Nedra has a remarkable ability to provide clarity, and I always leave our sessions with a better understanding of my thoughts and feelings.

Kaleidoscope feels like family. The front desk is always friendly, professional, and hardworking. My counselor is beyond exceptional and knowledgeable. After struggling for years looking for someone I could connect with, Kaleidoscope has been a breath of fresh air. Would recommend to anyone, anywhere, anytime.

I've had a wonderful experience here. I saw one therapist for individual therapy and another for couples therapy. Both of them were professional and attentive to my needs and my partner's needs. As a lesbian couple, we found it hard to find a good therapist, but we found one at Kaleidoscope.

I am so thankful to have stumbled on Kaleidoscope Counseling! I've been seeing Janelle Fleck for the past 6 months and she has provided such great insight for me. I highly recommend her and this practice!

My appt last week. I parked way down 8th street in the heat and got a call as I was walking to the building saying my therapist had an emergency session and couldn't see me at 11 the time of my appt and I would have to wait 30 min. So I said ok, even though that was gonna set my day back. So the receptionist, who is always upbeat and nice said maybe at 11:45 she'll be done. So I continued to wait. She said "she should be done soon". I thought my therapist would stick her head out the door and say I'll be with you shortly. I waited over an hour and I left. She never emailed me, called, or text me saying she was sorry she couldn't see me that day. So, she had already said something about my husband at an earlier session that rubbed me the wrong way, so I told them I was looking for another place to go to unless I could see the lady who owns the place. They agreed to let me see her. She stood there as I was fixing my coffee, didn't say hello or introduce herself to me. Was waiting like " you're wasting my time". I finished fixing my coffee, grabbed my purse off the chair and followed her and she told me to sit down on the couch and apparently my other therapist didn't give her my paperwork or anything and she thought I was there for my intake session after I'd been coming for over a month. She was frowning at me the whole time and asked why I was there and what I wanted. After the session was over she said she'd give me her card but don't call her or email her because she's always booked and told me to call the receptionist. As I was paying the receptionist, the therapist threw her card on the counter and said see you next week. I don't think so. I always knew counseling/therapy was a waste of time and I just proves myself right.
