We LOVE Heartlinks!!!!! From when we signed up, the office team has been there for me every step of the way. I’ve been with other companies before, and the communication here is on a whole different level!! Sara from intake has been amazing!! She always kept me updated, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed or like I was bothering her. The care manager is sooo patient and understanding! she’s been such a support whenever anything comes up. This company actually cares! They want you to feel happy and comfortable with your child’s team. When we first got an RBT, she was sweet, but we felt like we needed someone with a little more energy. Hendy really listened to us and stuck by us through the whole process until everything felt right!! They don’t treat you like just another case, they really care about your family and what you need. And now we have an amazing team, and I honestly couldn’t ask for anything better!!! I 100% recommend this company!! The office staff is incredible, and the people working with your child are just as amazing!!
Worst experience with this company ! I started for the first time they sent me a “train” therapist they said very well recommended, first day she’s was ok second and for the rest of the week she put the computer to my son a movie like 4 times in a whole day! When I tried to tell them about her, the BCBA contacted her and I could see her indifference toward me and my son, very disappointed, then they change her and sent a second, very disrespectful, she rolled her eyes every time she didn’t want to do what she was supposed to do. I went with this company because of the reviews I read here, but now I don’t know if believe it or not. Completely unprofessional.
We LOVE Heartlinks and I recommend everyone having issues with long wait lines at other Aba places or if they don’t know what goes on with their kids at Aba. Nothing but respect with Nikki! She is amazing! I’m a very hands on, involved parent, and I have to know “why” things are the way they are for me to understand. ZERO hesitation from her. She is adaptive with my learning methods, my husbands, my two autistic children’s, AND both of the RBT’s that come to the home. She’s the best! We had a little hiccup with one rbt BUT it was quickly resolved and Heartlinks listens to the parents. The RBT’s we have now are AMAZING! When Rachel started, I remember messaging her “I hope you like dinosaurs!” And she said “I love them!” And she became my kids best friend. He looks forward to her everyday so they can go on their next learning adventure. She is sweet and kind and fits right into our silly chaotic household! My little one has Stacey as a rbt and she is perfect for him! He’s non-verbal and Stacey adapted real quickly to understand his needs. He gets so excited when she comes over that he runs up and gives her a big hug and takes her hand to lead her to play! Stacey fits right in with our family, she is always checking in with us (parents) to make sure she is respecting our household. Between Nikki, Rachel, and Stacey.. we have the perfect team! All of them have a smile on their face everytime we see them, they all have a huge heart, they all show that they love our kids and being an autistic parent the hardest part is finding help that will do things “your way” and I feel heard with them! Sara and Grey have been amazing too! I feel bad that Sara “has” to remind me of things but she never shows it bothers her. She is always understanding that it’s a busy life with autistic kiddos. You can tell she wears a smile over the phone. Grey is new to the team and shows she is excited to work with us and I don’t get to talk to her a lot, I get to hear “Grey made this for us to try” and it’s amazing to have another person putting together activities for my boys, as much as I love doing it, I don’t always have the time and she’s amazing for it! That is just a little portion of our journey with Heartlinks. My kids are crushing goals and I can see real change. Thank you all for what you do, I know it’s not easy but it’s very much appreciated. My life and my kids life has been easier since we started with Heartlinks. I have less anxiety of the life we live because I have an amazing team that not only cares about my boys but also cares about our family. They don’t look at my kids as a paycheck, they look at them as what they are, kids that need extra support and need guidence for non-aggressive communication. WE LOVE HEARTLINKS ❤️
HeartLinks is a rare find in the ABA field. What sets this company apart is that they are equally dedicated to the children, the families and their employees. They treat everyone with the utmost respect and attention and the end result is a village of people who feel heard, supported and cared about. The children benefit greatly because they are surrounded by individuals who not only care but are 100% prepared to provide the needed support. Absolute gem of a company.
The Best ABA in home!!! They could handle my active nonverbal son. And so much progress I’m so impressed! Thank you very much!
We have had a great experience at Heartlinks since the moment we switched company for my son, Sara has been a great support and I love how she communicates, she is always checking in to make sure that everything is going well. Nicole my son’s BCBA and Grey his RBT are outstanding, they know my son and they work whatever his needs are, also they are always updating his goals and the communication is always excellent. The weekly parent support meeting is always really helpful and I’m always learning from them. My family is really Blessed to have a wonderful team.
Very satisfied with Heartlinks. My son has only been getting his therapy for a few months and we have seen so much progress 😊. The weekly sessions along with the monthly check ins are all appreciated and lets us know how much you care!
My son had almost 2 years of therapy before Heartlinks. It was once a week for an hour and had very little improvement. When Heartlinks started, they flipped it. They said he needed 5-6 days a week, 3 hours per session. I have seen so much growth, it astounds me. A few days ago, my son came home and said "hello family!" and greeted everyone. Without prompting! Without his therapist! My wife and I are very happy with Heartlinks. Thanks!
My son has made so much progress within just a month of ABA. Our RBT and BCBA are wonderful. They create personalized goals and track progress very carefully. The weekly parent training is incredibly helpful and is a great way for us to discuss progress and answer questions. Highly recommend this company! The staff are very responsive and have genuine care for our family.
