The staff is friendly and very serious about providing quality service for the children.
Cannot recommend this team enough. Our daughter looks forward to her sessions, which says everything. From day one, Emily walked us through intake with so much care and clarity - insurance, scheduling, expectations, all of it. The whole experience has been a bright spot for our family.
Great company overall. Very attentive to needs of clients and families.
10/10 recommend this company!
I highly recommend Apex ABA if you are a practicum student in need of supervision. They made the entry straight forward, provided the contract, and content and adhered to the supervision criteria. Other companies have made this extremely difficult with a lot of loop holes. Supervisors are knowledgable and friendly!
Amazing company overall. Exceptional service and complete dedication to clients and employ reliable and top notch therapists only. A pleasure to work with and would highly recommend!
I haven't even gotten the chance to work with these therapist with my child because the process just to get the services started has been an absolute nightmare. I'm gonna copy and paste a facebook post I just made explaining my experience with this company. I feel absolutely defeated with trying to get my son into ABA therapy. The lack of professionalism from these companies is absurd. Apex ABA Therapy dropped the ball once again and at this point I don't even want to work with them. Let's be clear in the beginning of trying to start these services we were trying to get him a 1:1 ABA therapist to be with him for FULL days in school that was a process to get all the approvals etc. etc. But we got the approvals (I was even lied to and told the school was giving them a hard time when in fact Apex ABA hadn't even turned in the form needed for the school to approve them) It was offered to go ahead and start services at our home but I declined that at first because my house needed some work and I just preferred to do the therapy somewhere else. So that was another hold up. I eventually agreed to start the services at our home and was told that we could start as early as the end of last week. Haven't heard a word from them since. Called them today and the same women who goes by the name Leba, I've spoke to over a dozen times already, said they were waiting on a therapist who is apparently leaving another job to come work with them and it will be another 2 weeks. This is absolutely insane and ridiculous!! Do better!!!!
Apex is an amazing company dedicated to its clients and staff! Clinical quality, exceptional care, and support for staff and clients are the top priority!
I had to go through many different ABA agencies to finally find the right agency that puts there patients needs first! I recommend Apex ABA to anyone looking for a company that will do anything to make sure there patients are 100% satisfied!
Apex ABA is a newer company in North Carolina with a strong mission and has a client-focused, high quality therapy program. As a provider, my views are heard and any questions I have are answered in a timely manner. I can attest to the commitment of each clinician in their roles to the betterment of all. This company truly honors its values and wants each child we serve to reach their fullest potential.
