Southampton Clinical Hypnotherapy is run by Dave Dorothy. Dave has great knowledge and skills and is highly regarded in his professional field. He uses evidence based approaches and skills that enable his clients to progress and attain fantastic results.
After some negative experiences with counselling in the past I can't recommend Dave highly enough. He was incredibly patient and we very quickly built up a trust that made it very easy to work with him. As we progressed through CBT for anxiety and some very specific things he was great at giving feedback and practical advice for approaching the methods.All round, a very positive experience.
