Had my first sports massage with Jorge on Friday and it was amazing! His knowledge was excellent, made me feel really comfortable during the massage and gave me really good advice about my nutrition, hydration and posture to help me in the future.
Desperately needed a Sport Massage, and Jorge was great! He knew exactly what to do, and it was exactly what i needed. Also, not only was the treatment excellent, but from the moment i arrived, Jorge made me feel totally at ease...it was like getting treatment from a friend!
Jorge's a master at what he does. He has tremendous knowledge of the anatomy of the body and his practical application of that skill and expertise means you're guaranteed to receive a wonderful sports massage from him. He also specialises in other forms of massage and other types of physical therapy which add to his repertoire. He also treats you like a human being and not just a piece of business. He's highly recommended!

Caring and consultative attitude is what makes Jorge a great masseur. Besides working on your pain points, he also offers advice on how to look after your body to prevent injuries. In my case, they include stretching and warming down after running.
