Ian is amazing. There is only one person you need to see in Southampton for osteopathic work that is Ian.
Definitely recommend! Very professional
Mr Traynar is understanding and will go out of his way to help. Highly recommend his treatments. A great #osteopath to have in Southampton:)
I highly recommend that you visit Ian if you are in need of an Osteopath. He is extremely knowledgable, professional and really helped me with my pain. Also how to manage my pain around everyday life. Ian made me feel at ease and I really trust his advice & judgement.
I met Ian’s assistant Nick Jordan while visiting Southamton on holiday from Western Australia! I unfortunately twisted my hip causing some acute lower back & hip pain! To get help I did some Google research & found Ian’s Phone number who busy at the time suggested I could see his college Nick straight away! (That was great service) Being in my 60s with Osteosrthrits I do have back pain & have previously sought treatment from Physios, Chiropractors & Masseurs! I found Nicks approach to be very through & prosessional, while maintaining his natural friendliness & empathy for my condition! He suggested some after treatment care which I followed as per his instructions! I returned 2 days later for a follow up treatment where Nick was as through & caring as my previous visit! Nick has taught me some new methods to use to help maintain my strength, fitness & ease my pain levels in the future! Thanks again Nick
I had a fantastic experience with Ian. He helped to provide a solution to a serious back problem that my GP had been unable to resolve. He was personable and informative and put me right at ease on my first visit. Would recommend him to everyone!
