I chose clinical partners on the understanding that after I had my assessments they would then start a tuition stage of mediation but instead I got sent a letter when due to start saying they weren't going to see it through because I found it hard using the portal service! While that's not the actual reason it was when I had a call with them they asked for details which then cut the call wasn't a problem at the time we carried on then this. Disgusting service

Used NHS Right To Choose Pathway to speed up the process of getting an ADHD Assessment as I've been really struggling with symptoms. Told me their wait time was 3 months. Ended up being 5, which wouldn't have been an issue had they let me know or replied to any of my emails. Finally had the assessment and was diagnosed with moderate to severe ADHD, with medication recommended as first line of treatment. Was told to take the report to the GP for the medication. GP can't prescribe anything because they haven't named the medication and dosage instructions. Now can't get hold of Clinical Partners at all. All GP can do is re-refer me for another ADHD Assessment. Total waste of time. Do not use these guys. Did half a job and just left me with no help or support. They say they don't deal with medication but their website says they do from private patients. Shouldn't be offering this NHS service if they're not going to do it properly.
