I've gone back to Steve after a fairly long break and had a Reiki and Shirodhara session this week. It really felt amazing, a real deeply relaxing and profound experience. It's like you are on a guided journey of visualisation and grounding. Had Reiki, Shirodhara, Ear Candling, Reflexology, Chakra Balancing last year in the summer. Always felt much better, refreshed, revived, ready to face the world. Looking forward to trying the infrared sauna blanket next week. Steve is the best!

I’ve been visiting al Covo since August 2011. On every 2nd or 3rd visit i have an Ayurvedic Vishesh deep tissue massage. For me it’s a great stretching and stress-busting therapy, always a fantastic invigorating experience. Afterwards i feel as if i am 3 inches taller, and usually have to adjust the mirrors in the car (again) !!

I have been going to al Covo for many years for a regular remedial massage on my back and shoulders. Steve has a lovely bedside manner and his firm hands have sorted out my aches and pains. He is very understanding when I have had to postpone a massage at short notice. The treatment room itself is very relaxing, warm and cosy in a lovely Georgian terraced house. And there is free parking for those who need it. What's not to like?

Right from the start made to feel comfortable and relaxed with an emphasis on what result I expect from the treatment. 3 waxing treatments to date and will happily continue to use his services.

I have been going to Steve for a number of years specifically for neck and back problems due to frequent air travel. His neck, shoulder and back massage is the best - firm and effective and completely sorts me out. His treatment room is beautiful and Steve is always very polite, friendly and knowledgable. I thoroughly recommend!!

Very rude told me to take off my shoes when i walked through the door. Not professional at all i paid £10 to trim my beard and he thinks that taking the ends off is worth £10. As for my neck that was terrible just done the bottom didnt even take it up to my chin. As for the waxing its self it was very patchy i could of paid £15 for wat i had done .. as he rushed it and was trying to get it done as quick as possible.. he also bruised my eyebrow from rushing and i had a bruise there for 2 weeks. After taking the £40 he then tries to sell me his products. Overall score 1/100 not very interested in the customer more interested in the money.

Just returned from a visit 2 Steve, who worked wonders on my back & shoulders, very firm, but enjoyable massage. Highly recommended & he uses quality products when doing a massage, not to be missed.

Steve is an exceptional therapist who always listens and knows exactly what muscles to treat. Gorgeous treatment space, very luxurious and lovely products. Also stocks Neals Yard. Had a wonderful treatment yesterday evening and the pressure of massage is very good. Steve uses some deep tissue techniques to really work the muscles. Shall keep going back!
