Saw Carl in clinic and he was quick to figure out my problem and treat. He was also really knowledgeable and ensured I understood what I needed to do to aid my recovery. Instantly my symptoms were relieved from the first session.Carl has been quick to respond when needed and I would recommend him to anyone who has a sports injury or needs advice.

Carl is super knowledgable and so easy going. Would strongly reccomend for his massage therapy and even just a second opinion aside from a hospital/gp physio. He knows his stuff.

Carl has been treating me for several years now for my sports-related injuries, and on each occasion, he has diagnosed the issue quickly and accurately. Carl also always provides excellent rehabilitation advice and, if necessary, follow-up care. Quite simply, I recommend Carl without reservations.

I've been seeing Karl regularly over a few years now for various aches and pains due to activity/work/ageing. Highly recommended if you need a good firm sports massage . He is knowledgeable and professional and also puts you at ease. An easy 5 stars.

I have been seeing Carl weekly for the last 4 month to supplement my swim training in a number of ways. Firstly before visiting Carl i had been suffering with tricep tendonitis and some serious pain that had been preventing me training, this was almost immediately overcame and I have been pain/injury free throughout my hard training. Secondly my mobility was lacking for swimming, most notably in the streamline position. We have been making strides with this and consequently I am swimming the best I have in my life, not bad considering I am nearly 30! Lastly I get a lot out of seeing Carl just in keep me loose and recovered to hit all my sessions hard. Since seeing Carl I have swam both lifetime bests and set European Masters Records. Beyond all of this Carl is generally brilliant, we have a good chat during our sessions, mostly about our mutual support of football and I look forward to going in once a week!

Just been and had my first session with Carl for a sports massage, and it will no doubt be one of many to come. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, had a good laugh and felt relaxed throughout. Can already feel the benefits of the treatment and will make this a regular monthly appointment. Definitely would recommend to anyone else.

I have known Carl for more than 5 years, both as my personal trainer and sports massage therapist. As a slightly more 'mature' client, I have my fair share of aches, pains and minor injuries from my various activities and sometimes require treatment. Carl is a great guy, highly knowledgeable with the credentials to underpin this. Our sessions are productive, fun and the time always flies by too quickly. I had a deep tissue massage yesterday and Carl focused on my shoulders and back which were full of knots due to stress. I was a little tender at first but Carl worked his magic (skill) and when I left, the stress had left my body. I thoroughly recommend Carl to anyone.

Carl is a great therapist. Makes you feel very comfortable and is great at what he does. I’ve been going to Carl now for nearly 2 years each week and if I have any pain I tell him and it gets sorted through the treatments. Recommend 100%.
