I had been searching for the right therapist for a long time, and with Joanna, I truly feel like I found my soul doctor. I’ve been her patient since November 2023, and in that time she has helped me heal deep trauma and reconnect with myself in ways I never thought possible. If someone had told me that after 20 months I would feel this way, I honestly wouldn’t have believed it. Joanna is both supportive and gently challenging, creating the perfect balance that allows real growth to happen. She is a dedicated therapist and an excellent listener, and I am deeply grateful for the work we’ve done together.
Very professional, confidential, emphatic and kind therapist. Asha has a huge knowledge and is able to adjust to client's needs. Very supportive and understanding. She was able to join me in my journey and hold me when I needed her. Thank you
Asha is a fantastic counsellor. She is sympathetic, open, and puts you at ease from the first meeting. I have worked with her for a few years and can safely say that Asha had changed my life for the better, helping me to take control of my anxiety and get my life back. During the last weeks of my pregnancy (when it was hard for me to drive) and lockdown, Asha switched to doing video counselling for me, which has worked really well. She is so flexible and really cares about your progress and health and, at the same time, will push you to help you make progress. She is also very happy to say when she feels you can switch to fewer sessions and I have never felt pressure to continue seeing her - I've kept up my sessions because they truly help me. Now I have one off sessions when I am feeling like I need them. I highly recommend Asha to anyone who is looking for a counselling service.
