With repeated sessions, we are slowly rectifying the effects of a long term poor posture. Mick is professional, friendly and realistic.
Mick is very good at his job. I've been to him a few times over the last year with various problems. I would definitely recommend him
Absolutely amazing, found the problem straight away on me after 1 session. As I previously seen someone 15 times. He then also went through a program I could do on my own at home. Can't recommend him enough and I now send all my personal training clients to him.
Found my problems on the first session after a small discussion of symptoms etc just been for my second session and can already feel massive improvements. Highly recommend Mick, very friendly and professional.
I have been to Mick for a few times now and only picked his name out from other local providers when I moved to the area. Mick is just great, he knows his stuff, sorts you out. Would recommend him again and again.
Mick performs the impossible! So many times I've turned to Mick for help with injuries I've found impossible to recover from. Each time without fail he has an effective treatment backed up with sound advice to get me active again. Usually only a single treatment needed. Whether you are 9 or 90 Mick will know how to fix you.
Mick is a bit of a magician, I can honestly say that the pain he inflicts is actually a positive experience - sounds wrong...but it’s only short lived and leaves the broken bits feeling a lot less broken and free to move the way they should. I’d be happy to recommend him as long as he still has space in his diary to continue fixing me!
Best physio I have used. Cannot recommend highly enough. I have had a chronic hamstring problem for about 10 years. Mick explained the problem, identified the areas that had not healed and improved the flexibility. He then dealt with other problems along the upper leg. He also dealt with shoulder and neck problems from working at a desk. I have used 7 physios in London and Birmingham and various consultants over the past 10 years for sports injuries. I would rate Mick as one the best because: he listens (most crack on), is patient, he is very well informed, explains things clearly and identifies problems quickly. You get exercises to do at home and if you don't need to come back, great.
First time I've been to see Mick. A very professional man, clearly knowledgeable and experienced in his work. I re-booked for an additional session immediately and can highly recommend him.
I've had 2 intermittent back issues for 18 years. I've seen several physios' but Mick is undoubtedly the one I'd recommend. He targeted the areas I needed looking at and gave me instant relief from a pull to my lower back. Thanks Mick.
