Dr. Swanzil Chaudhary, demonstrated exceptional understanding of my situation and expertise following my car accident. Her thoughtful approach made me feel truly supported and confident in the care I received. I’m really sorry to hear that she’s no longer with the practice, as her care made a real difference in my recovery.
Not happy with these so called people. My care plan states I am having pyschotherapy? Yet I am receiving a talking therapy. Can't seem to get hold of Abi who's connected to beacon medical group, just keeps going through to livewell at Mount gould. So again been stitched up by a Mental health team. Got stitched up in 2015 by southway MH team, promises of help, yet no help given. I give up on all these services. I just stay bonkers all my life! Think it's wise if I go private. So zero stars for this Mental health services.
I must draw your attention to this as a concerned member of the public. On July 09, 2025, I visited Livewell Southwest Mount Gould Local Care Centre and stopped by the Live Well Community Cafe within this Hospital. While waiting for my food, I noticed that there were a lot of ants running around, especially in the corner of the indoor cafe seating area. At one point, I noticed an ant climbing up a chair leg, which made me wonder if this is occurring in the indoor cafe seating area what is happening in the kitchen? Because ants are drawn to food sources and can contaminate surfaces, their presence at a cafe may be a sign of inadequate hygiene standards. Potentially violating the health code may result from this. I truly hope you will acknowledge this public concern and take the appropriate steps to rectify this issue ASAP! Absolutely diabolical I would not want anyone to get the care from these people. They haven’t got a clue on what Support is and they don’t even care about the person they are supporting so just be aware before getting the support for your loved one. Also, they don’t communicate properly. Ashley Mitchell likes to do it through email instead of making a direct phone call and then she rudely says she closes it in the email.
Absolutely diabolical service I work in social care and would not use this service. My brother has been given a short term care package with Livewell, to help with readjustment from a long hospital stay, supposed to have had 9 visits, only 3 have happened, medications were the most important part of the care, from the signed carers sheet, that has happened once. I have had to organise a basic system to help my brother remember to take his meds. I have tried calling Livewell numerous times in the last 12 hrs, and constantly get cut off, before actually speaking to anybody from Livewell.
By far the worse mental health and adult social care service in the UK. Nothing I mean nothing you do will get them to provide help. They spend lots of time passing a person in crisis from one team to the next - none ever take action. Read Safeguarding Review Mr P nothing has changed since then.
Terrible service, was given a choice to either do a course or a cbt for my depression. Did most of the cbt, was told a I'd get reviewed which only happened twice, then the person who was reviewing ended up messaging me two months later saying they are no longer reviewing me, did not even ask how I was, I'm still struggling , think I'll go to the doctor for therapy as ay least I can speak to someone then. Why is there no help for anyone these days, they are propbably responsible for a high suicide rate as well as the NHS.
It would be no stars if at all possible. I've had minimal interaction with this place and I desire no more of it. What use is a crisis helpline if you phone up, in crisis, suicidal, and get told, and I quote "That'll be your choice, I can't do anything to stop you mate." Absolutely ZERO compassion, empathy, or any trait required to deal with people in crisis at the end of their tether. Disgraceful.
Over a period of a year I have contacted Livewell for help with my Sons mental health. I found the attitude of the so called ‘ professional staff’ lacking when it came to asking basic lifestyle questions regarding his symptoms. They just seem to appease my son, not looking at the long term affects and consequences. I would suggest anyone calling to get permission, from the start, to speak to the staff on your behalf of who you are calling about.
Various Livewell departments have dropped the ball on my care more times than I care to detail. The majority of their services are poor. All talk and no action. It’s lip service. Don’t waste your time. Go private if you can afford it. I can honestly say that my mental health has only suffered further through Livewell, rather than improved. Shame on Livewell.
