Laura makes you feel immediately at ease and the appointment was so helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to anyone looking for support with pelvic health and muscle strengthening.
Saw Laura during pregnancy for pelvic hip pain and after for checking my pelvic floor and abs. Put me at easy straight away. Lovely and approachable. Easy to speak to about a "taboo" subject. Very understanding and supportive. Brilliant follow up email with recap and info so you don't need to worry if you forgot and good links to resources. Would highly recommend receiving support from Laura during pregnancy and postpartum. Thankyou
Laura is absolutely brilliant. I had a great experience right from the start. Laura was really accommodating helping me to book in my first appointment really quickly. I was in a lot of pain so it was great to be seen straight away. She is really professional and friendly, I felt at ease and felt I had a really personal and individual assessment for my symptoms and exercise background. The physio exercises given were really helpful and I saw an improvement from these following her exact advice. She also adapted these when reviewed in line with my progress. I am so glad I went to Laura and would highly recommend. I will be using again when I am in need. The location was easy to find, easy parking and comfortable relaxing room.
I was recovering from a full hysterectomy when I first booked in with Laura. The op left me with hip pain that wasn’t improving after 6 months. I worked with Laura for 7 months - firstly for the pain, which started improving with the first exercises, and then to improve my physical health and fitness. She is completely fantastic. The combination of physio and yoga improved not only my body’s strength, but also helped me to de-stress and cope better with anxiety - really benefitting my mental health. I can’t recommend her enough. She is patient, caring and makes you feel so understood. I keep up with everything she taught me and I’m back to walking for miles again. I even found the confidence to get a new job. If you think Laura might be able to help you, she will, so book your first session, you won’t regret it. Thank you Laura x
Laura is the best physio. Very knowledgeable and always took time to explain everything. I had fantastic improvements of mobility in short time and always found the best solution move forward. I would recomend Laura to anyone without a doubt.

Laura was so friendly and professional. I have had ongoing problems and saw her for the first time for a massage. She is very knowledgeable and I will certainly be be booking again. I highly recommend her.
Laura has been a saviour in supporting me with lower back pain. She incorporates her knowledge of physio, yoga and massage to provide a holistic approach. She has helped me to not only strengthen but also understand my body to prevent future injury. Laura followed up each session with clear (and visual) instructions for the exercises to work on which made them really easy to replicate at home. She has a calm, understanding and professional approach. I would highly recommend Laura’s services.
I would highly recommend treating yourself to a massage from Laura! This was my first proper massage and I was slightly unsure what to expect but I was put at ease and everything was explained to me, so all I had left to do was to just relax! Laura has asked about my problematic areas and ensured that the pressure applied was acceptable for me. After the massage I have also received some helpful tips on how to avoid and ease tension in my problematic areas. All in all, I will most certainly be coming back!
