I visited Kyle for a muscular injury and cannot recommend him enough! Walking into the first session I couldn’t lower my heel to the floor and struggled walking up the stairs - once we finished I was able to walk out comfortably like a new person! 2 sessions completed and I’m back at the gym following the advice given :)) Couldn’t be happier and couldn’t recommend enough!

I've been seeing Kyle for a while now and he's helped me massively. When I started I'd recently come out of a long hospital stay following heart surgery, a stroke and a leg amputation. Kyle has played a vital part in my recovery and has improve my movement immensely. I'm now at the stage where im starting to walk on a prosthetic and I know Kyle and his team will be there to assist along the way. Couldn't recommend any higher.

I have been going to Kyle for almost a year now mainly focusing on my lower back but also focusing on the legs a little bit and the improvement is insane, not just with my injury but with my overall performance and mobility, I couldn’t recommend him enough, and he’s a top bloke as well!!

Maintenance visit with Aaditya... Top bloke, happy to have a chat, share his vast knowledge and made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend the team at ks sports therapy, they have always helped me stay injury free as I chase my goals in the field of marathon running.

I’ve been going to Kyle since 2020 mainly for running related injuries. But more recently my back has been playing up, Kyle’s knowledge and expertise instantly puts my mind at ease with a can do attitude and positivity that we can get this sorted. I can’t recommend Kyle enough!

Had my first session with Kyle today after being highly recommended to see him. From the start, he was professional, knowledgeable, and very approachable. He took the time to clearly explain what he believes is causing my issue and outlined the plan he wants to take to address it. I left feeling really reassured and confident I'll be well looked after! Definitely recommend

I started working with Kyle in March because of a knee injury I got from a car crash. He was able to tell me more about what is going on with my knee, in a way that made more sense then the doctors. He helped me set up a exercise routine to help strengthen my knee and legs. I would still be working with him now but my car insurance has got me under their private physio so I had to stop. He is very understanding and will work with you very closely to help you to recover. I couldn't recommend Kyle enough.

First time I met Kyle was phenomenal. He was friendly, professional and his knowledge of the body made me feel safe and confident my money would be well invested. I had broken my shoulder in a triathlon and it seemed to be taking forever to get back movement even with NHS physio. By the end of the first session I was doing positions I hadn't done in months and after 4 I signed up to do a 1.5k swim and smashed. The week before a triathlon I freaked out about my shoulder and Kyle was amazing in calming me down, working on the shoulder AND taping me up so I had confidence. I did not think I'd be able to do a triathlon this year, but 9 months after the accident, I smashed it. I'm soooo grateful to Kyle and his skills. I am buzzing.

I can’t thank Kyle enough for getting me to the start line of the London Marathon. I picked up a knee injury just three weeks out and thought my chances were over. Kyle worked his magic and I got the job done on Sunday! He’s super knowledgeable and so supportive — I highly recommend to anyone training for a big event or is just a bit broken!
