I have been back and forth to various GP’s over the years with my mental health, only to be given medication to suppress the symptoms. Not one for therapy I eventually tried ‘Rewind therapy’ which did nothing. I then went to see Dr Langman who immediately put me at ease and I was able to open up like never before. She listened to me, was non judgmental and then gave me brilliant advice. Dr Langman really turned my world around. I would highly recommend going to see her if medication is just masking your problem and you need professional psychological help
