Dr Sarah is an excellent therapist, who has an incredible understanding of the neurodivergent brain. She immediately made me feel at ease with her warm, caring and compassionate manner. She truly listens without judgement and provides a safe place to express feelings and emotions with her insightful and sensitive approach to therapy. I am so grateful that I had the privilege to meet Dr Sarah, I have learnt so much and feel so much better after our therapy sessions and I would highly recommend her practice to anyone.
Dr Sarah has given me such hope. She was kind, incredibly supportive. Her intuition and knowledge combined guided me through a very tricky and emotional space however her professionalism and steadfastness made me reassured and safe throughout the assessment of adhd. We are continuing to work together as a result of this. Highly recommend. Thank you Dr Sarah.
Before I started therapy with Dr. Sarah, I was in survival mode, emotionally drained, disconnected from myself, and constantly pushing through without truly feeling anything. I had become so used to bottling things up that I didn’t even realise how heavy everything had gotten… until I finally allowed myself to be supported. One of my biggest fears was that coming from a completely different cultural background might make it hard to connect or feel fully understood. But Dr. Sarah proved me wrong in the best way. She sees me, my story, my values, my struggles with such compassion and clarity. Her understanding goes beyond words; it’s in how she listens, responds, and shows up for me every single time. From our very first session, Dr. Sarah created a space that felt safe, non-judgmental, and deeply grounding. She gently helped me begin to unpack the weight I had been carrying for years. I’ve had couple of sessions with her so far and counting and every single one has brought me closer to myself. I still look forward to each session because I can feel the growth, the healing, and the clarity slowly settling in. Dr. Sarah doesn’t just listen, she sees you. She has this powerful, intuitive way of asking the right questions at the right time, guiding you through your pain and into your own truth. Her presence is calm, kind, and quietly affirming. I’ve learned how to name my emotions, honour my boundaries, and show myself grace in ways I never knew I needed. And the transformation is showing not just inside, but in how I move through life. If you’re thinking about starting therapy, and you get the chance to work with Dr. Sarah , take it! She’s a gift. A true light. Thank you, Sarah, for helping me find my way back to myself. 🤍
Dr. Sarah is an absolutely excellent therapist. She has an excellent way of understanding and breaking down personal barriers and supporting me through sessions. She is one of the warmest and kindest people I’ve had the pleasure to meet and anyone would be fortunate to be her client.
Dr Sarah is an extremely thoughtful and patient practitioner. She really took time to listen to me and ask considered questions to help me move forward with big issues in my life. I’d really recommend her services if you’d like help understanding and supporting yourself and others with autism and neural diversity in the work place.
My sessions with Dr Sarah came at a fairly critical point for me, and I am happy to say she’s been incredibly helpful. Her direct but non-judgemental manner made hard topics easier to address head-on, which I really needed and appreciated. Reliably astute observations allowed me to really stop and consider my perspectives in a way I hadn't before. She also left nowhere to hide, which is exactly what one wants from a therapist! Dr Sarah helped me navigate obstacles that had previously felt insurmountable, and I'm happier as a result. She has been my ROCK many a time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and her team.
Sarah is a brilliant psychologist and provided me with consultation and advice with working therapeutically with autistic clients. She is highly empathetic and understands the needs of those in distress both within assessment and treatment. She also really knows her stuff when it comes to autism!
Sarah has been brilliant, and quite frankly a godsend, in helping our yr 11 son navigate through his social anxiety and school refusal. With his ASD it's not easy to introduce him to anything new and different but he very quickly settled into his weekly online sessions with Sarah - regarding her as a safe, friendly and relatable person that he quickly opened up to. We would (and already have) highly recommend her if your child is in a similar situation.
I had an incredible experience with Dr. Sarah Psychology! Her expertise and compassionate approach created a supportive space that truly aided my personal growth. Highly recommend her services
Dr Sarah provided a bespoke training day to help us understand the needs of neurodivergent employees. The training was thoughtful and had a very positive and inclusive tone, helping us all to understand and appreciate ourselves and each other. Dr Sarah was pragmatic and flexible and provided us with real hands-on suggestions. I can highly recommend!
