I have had a couple of massages and really benefited from them, the muscles in my neck and shoulders relaxed and I was much more comfortable, definitely worth it.
I would highly recommend Frances. Choosing somebody for counselling wasn't easy but Frances was brilliant – calm and professional – and I felt so much better after our sessions
I saw Frances for six months, and she was extremely helpful throughout our time together. From the very first session, she created a calm, welcoming environment where I felt completely at ease. Frances is incredibly professional, insightful, and supportive. Her ability to truly listen made me feel heard and understood during a difficult period in my life. Her guidance and thoughtful interventions made a real difference. I highly recommend her counselling services to anyone looking for compassionate and effective support.
Really good time during my first trial session. Lots of on street parking. Really friendly and relaxed environment, nicely decorated room, good temperature and nice gentle conversation which was just right. The head message was great and very relaxing. Frances let me put on a playlist to listen to at the same time and was very flexible to meet my needs. Would recommend. Thank you for a positive experience!
Frances was extremely helpful at supporting me through a difficult time at work and helped me to keep going and working. She is very professional, insightful and supporting and I would highly recommend her counselling services to others. The best of wishes and thanks for her support.
Frances provided me with support prior to the death of my daughter and she helped me through the dark days of early grief. She is such a talented counsellor and her support changed the way I coped in such difficult circumstances. I have no hesitation in highly recommending her. She is a very special lady.
Having dealt with Frances on a professional level, I can without doubt say that she is very personable, friendly and makes you feel at ease in her company. If you are looking to engage her professional services, you will without doubt be putting yourself in safe ( and Friendly ) Hands.
I have been going to Frances now for 3 years to have counselling and it has changed my life immensely! Frances is very calm and accommodating for all your needs and has the ability to create an environment where you can feel at ease. She also facilitates sand tray therapy which I think is really unique and not something I had ever seen before - it's a great tool to access the deeper thoughts/feelings of your mind. By working with her I feel I've been able to explore and express parts of myself without judgement and would highly recommend her to anyone.
I have been seeing Frances for over two years, she introduced me to Shiatsu which I have found remarkably helpful for a chronic pain issue, and general anxiety. I have never met a more calm, empathetic and gentle person in my life. I’ve also benefited from her counselling which is helping me through a difficult period in my life. Thanks again, Frances.
Frances' skills are truly awesome. She's a natural healer and her treatments are always professionally delivered. Her Shiatsu is the only thing that really sorts out my back tension problems. I've also had an oriental face massage treatment, which literally took years off me! My skin was glowing and youthful looking. Thank you Frances.
