Ben is one of the best counsellors that I have ever had. He has a calm, non-judgemental manner, listens intently to what you are saying, and picks up on key themes without you having to prompt him. Ben is has a reassuring presence when you are at your most vulnerable, and helps you to navigate your thoughts and feelings. Highly recommended!

I’ve been working with Ben for the past 18 months, and it’s been such a valuable part of my personal and professional journey. His support, insight, and encouragement have helped me grow in confidence, deepen my self-awareness, and feel more grounded in my work as a practitioner. Ben brings a great balance of professionalism, warmth, and humour to supervision. His light-heartedness has often brought ease to difficult discussions, making our sessions not only deeply reflective but also genuinely enjoyable. I’m truly grateful for the time we’ve worked together and highly recommend Ben to anyone looking for thoughtful, skilled, and supportive supervision. This is not goodbye, Ben — just a pause. See you again soon!

Accessed counselling sessions with Ben via Health Assured/my employer at a time I felt very low and overwhelmed by life. Ben gave me the space to pour out my feelings and concerns. I felt listened to, not judged, and most importantly, reframed things so that, after the sessions, I felt better equipped to deal with life's challenges. I am still working on bringing mindfulness into my everyday and it is really helping. Thank you Ben!

I can't thank Ben enough for the service he provided me. He has helped me be more reflective on life and I really feel like we bonded. Very relaxed environment. I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better counsellor. Would highly recommend.
