I have been seeing Adelia regularly since my surgery May 2024 and I continue to visit her regularly because of how much I value the care she provides. She is such a kind and gentle lady, with a truly calming presence that immediately puts you at ease. What stands out most is her focus and commitment to her work, she takes the time to listen, pays attention to every detail, and ensures each treatment is done with the highest level of care. I always leave feeling not only physically better, but also uplifted by the positive and supportive experience she creates. I couldn’t recommend Adelia more highly to anyone looking for professional, compassionate, and attentive treatment.

I do not know how to thank and praise Adelia enough. I was suffering a very bad shoulder pain before I went to see her and she managed to remove most of the pain for me in just one session. It was such a nice surprise to me as I had tried various methods in the past and none of them worked. She is really talented, and she is kind and friendly. It is great to have met her.

Adelia is one of the world's gifted therapists - the best I've ever been to on a regular basis. Having been supported by her for many years now, no knot in my back has ever been too tough. She finds ways to release whatever tension I've enabled after long hikes as well as through the day to day niggles that I manage to create. And as well as that, she offers a wide range of beauty treatments too!

I have had electrolysis for many years at different clinics so have experienced many therapists but Adelia is far the best and most professional I have encountered. I have been going to Adelia now for 3 years and I can honestly say that we now have my problem well and truly under control. I have been a regular customer of Amber Health, Beauty and Sports Injury Clinic for well over two years now. Adelia, who runs the spa is very knowledgeable and always provides a professional service. I normally use the spa for a regular pedicure, but on occasion I have had massage therapies and reflexology both of which have given instant and long lasting relief. I was introduced to Amber through word of mouth, which is why I decided to write this review. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough!
