I had back pain and searched for nearby massage parlors with good reviews. It relieved my lung pain. Thanks to the masseuse at this parlor, her technique was amazing! I'll definitely be back.

I popped in here on a Saturday after a tiring shift. Reviews weren’t that bad. More than reviews what I wanted is go somewhere nearby. Price was okay. So I selected this place. I called them 10 minutes prior to my appointment. Half and hour massage was 35 pounds. What I really wanted is that. A girl welcomed me and when I ask to pay she said 3% extra will be added. I asked why coz she didn’t tell that over the phone. Also in the website the price wasn’t correct. After she said it’s the bank charge and you have to pay that. I said okay and paid 3% extra. Room was okay. At the starting point I thought the massage was ok. But it’s average and asked me if I need a hard or a normal massage. I said I got an injury in my right leg it was swelling. I preferred a hard massage after a cleaning shift. So I needed a proper massage for 30 minutes. Before 30 minutes she finished the massage and pushed me for extras and it will cost me another 65£. I said please finish the 30 minutes properly then I’ll think about it. But kept saying no and pushing me towards extra which I didn’t really want. Also there was a board saying no Adult services. Girls here are scamming and not recommending at all. After all I regretted spending nearly 100£ for this massage. Be aware if you choose this place. Scamming place.

Sasa gave me an incredible hot stone and deep tissue massage. I specially loved the head and foot parts. Just what I needed at the end of a long day. I highly recommend it.

Recently, I've been overwhelmed by work pressure. I can't sleep well at night, and my shoulders and neck ache so badly that it feels like I'm carrying a mountain on my back. I searched for nearby places and came here for a SPA. The masseuse suggested a hot - stone back massage, combined with professional techniques to address the painful spots. The masseuse was highly proficient, precisely "targeting" the sore areas. The pressure was perfectly calibrated. Each touch hit the "pain points" yet brought an intense sense of relief. After the massage, my body felt revitalized. The stiffness vanished completely, leaving me with an unprecedented feeling of relaxation. I think I'll finally be able to get a good night's sleep tonight! I'm truly grateful to the staff at Zen. They are so professional!

So, today I tried Zen Spa Massage - essentially due to the sheer number of glowing reviews on Google. Well, I booked for a 1 hour oil massage (as I suffer chronic lower back pain) and to be brutally honest it was average at best. First of all the actual entire "1 hour massage" lasted roughly 50 mins and only the first 30 mins was an actual oil massage and that was entirely focussed on my back. Here's the BIG problem - DESPITE there being a sign on the wall in the massage room declaring "No Adult Services Offered" after the initial 30 min massage on my back the masseuse asked me to turn over onto my back and then proceeded to push "extras" for an additional £40 fee (again despite the sign). When I stated I didn't have £40 she tried to barter and in the end the latter half of the massage was a half hearted dry massage of my arms and legs. So, after the bartering (which failed) the latter part of the massage lasted barely 10 mins and as stated felt very much like an afterthought. As someone who has regular muscle massages due to chronic pain it gets VERY tiresome when a new place opens and they seem more interested in making money from "extras" than doing the actual massage. I can only conclude most of the glowing reviews must be from women who don't get hassled mid massage for "extras". Maybe if I were a woman my overall massage experience at Zen Spa would be more straightforward? The initial back massage was actually decent and helpful - it just would've been much better had the entire massage experience been like the first 30 mins. That's why the 3 star review. Stop pushing for "extras" from customers and it would be a 5 star experience

I called to ask what services they offer since it wasn't listed on their website, and there were only 2 options: £30 for 30mins, and £45 for an hour (type of service unspecified). I went with the first option, and the actual massage was pretty good. It's a basic oil massage (Johnson's baby oil). The therapist was really sweet and had good technique. That being said, everything around the appointment felt quite rushed- there wasn't any real consultation process, and since it was just one therapist working back-to-back appointments, they had to rush to answer doorbells and move on to the next client before I was done dressing. The place prefers cash, so I ended up paying £33 including VAT because I could only do a card transaction. Not sure if they offer specific types of massages- I did try asking, but I'm not sure my question was being understood.

Another excellent massage at Zen. Were able to fit me in at short notice. Worked wonders on my neck and shoulders where I'd been experiencing stiffness and pain. I felt like a new woman when I came out. I'll be going back in a coupe of weeks Staff are friendly, professional and make you feel at ease. Can't recommend highly enough. Worth every penny.
