Shamanic energy healing including illumination and guided meditation . I felt as if taken away from thoughts and felt light in my body and in the moment with each stage of the illumination . Feeling lighter and energised afterwards . Later that night I felt tired .The next day I felt calm and relaxed as if heavy energy was shifted from within me Thankyou
Marnie is amazing at what she does and I would highly recommend her. Running a busy Sports Injury Clinic and being a very keen golfer, I contacted Marnie to help with my work related stress which was effecting my performance in golf. She has worked wonders and when I now play golf, my mind is fully focused on golf and my golf performance has improved massively seeing my handicap come down from 20 to 14 in a short period of time. If you are wanting to improve your sporting performance, then get in touch with Marnie ASAP.
After just 8 sessions, I’ve already had two major "aha" moments that have directly impacted my mindset both on and off the tables. From a poker perspective, I’ve noticed clear improvements in my EV, decision-making clarity, and overall mental game. It’s like the tilt filter has been upgraded — fewer leaks, sharper focus. But what really sets you apart is the holistic approach. It’s not just about the cards or the strategy — it’s about improving the whole player. I’ve seen positive ripple effects beyond poker: better emotional regulation, smoother relationships, and even my day-to-day life feels more balanced and less reactive. There’s a sense of flow, both on the felt and in life. For any serious poker player looking to elevate their game and their lifestyle, working with you is +EV in every sense. Thanks again — grateful for the work we’ve done so far!
I’ve made huge progress through my sessions with Marnie. I particularly appreciate her very individual approach: Marnie is always happy to help me with whatever I bring to a session and her help is always very tailored and specific. Marnie always gives me plenty to think about and although this is hard it’s the only way to make progress! As a fellow equestrian, Marnie fully understands the specific pressures of this sport, making her advice for me as an eventer invaluable. Highly recommend.
I am a serving Police Officer with over 20 years of service. In October 2020 I reached out to Marnie, as my GP had diagnosed me with anxiety and depression. However Through talking, and completely opening up to Marnie she re-directed me back to my GP. After further investigation I was diagnosed with Complex Post Traumatic Stress disorder. I have been having regular appointments with Marnie ever since. Marnie is very professional, compassionate, and easy to talk to. I have also never felt judged at all, I trust Marnie 100% and know I can tell her anything. The guidance which Marnie has shown me is invaluable, where I became of what my condition was, to being able to accept what I have (which I have found extremely difficult). I now know which direction I need to go in my life which is still very daunting but I can face it head on. Marnie has and still is supporting me, she has introduced me to various techniques, cold water therapy, progressive muscle relaxation, breathing exercises all to help with the day to day symptoms of CPTSD. I have good days and bad days, but due to the building blocks Marnie has shown me, I keep moving forward. Marnie has shown me through a positive mindset what I can actually achieve, which is a long long way from where I was. If you feel you need help, someone to talk to in strictest confidence. I would urge you to speak to Marnie. I did and it has been one of best decisions I have made.
As a professional poker player, I had always felt the need to explore and benefit from the knowledge sports psychologists had to share. From performance and goal setting, to training, preparation and organisation, Marnie helped with all of these areas, and more. I was always someone who felt like I could do it all myself, and I couldn’t have been more naive. The support and guidance Marnie provided throughout my development was invaluable, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
I met Marnie through the group which I first attended at the summer solstice back in March 2022. This was my first ever dip in the cold North Sea, Marnie was very friendly and welcoming and put me at ease straight away. She’s a positive person who keeps your spirits up and encourages you to push yourself out of your comfort zone. Thanks for all the prep talks and swims. Lovely group of fellow dippers who come together for all different reasons but we all leave with a smile.
I was originally recommended Marnie to improve my poker mental game but she has proved to offer so much more. Marnie is very friendly and understanding and has helped improve my mental health, my focus and has most of all made me really grow as a person and mature. I have found our sessions very valuable at keeping me accountable and she has really helped me optimise my life. Marnie is very flexible and has a wide range of expertise that can help in many areas of life. I look forwards to continuing our sessions and growing with her.
At over 40 now, I was looking to expand my social life and help my mental health. Being with Marnie has helped a lot. Marnie has met my expectations in helping my mental health and she is very welcoming. The cold water dipping is especially fun and engaging.
Hi name is Sue I started to follow Marnie on her Instagram page Marnie.Merrilees. I sent Marnie a message and arranged to meet up with her and her group. The morning I arrived I felt really nervous and it wasn't the best day (to go into the north sea ) cold windy and wet...”what the hell am I doing?” I thought. Marnie was really friendly and the group were lovely so put my mind a ease. We started with breathing exercise then followed with a dip in the sea. I was surprised at how long I stayed for, while we were all chatting and encouraging each other. After our dip some of us went for a coffee and a chat. Everyone is different in their own way but cold water therapy brought us all together. I felt amazing that day so I carried on attending Marnies group, sometimes 3 or 5 times a week. This therapy helped me over come some dark days after recently losing my mam. Marine talks about her work and is very enthusiastic about it all discusses different techniques to improve mental health and wellbeing as well as the area she specialises in, performance psychology. I really felt so different about myself, more positive and carried on meeting the group. Benefits I found from the group were meeting new people and increased confidence. I also was able to come off antidepressants with the advice from my GP- all down to attending Marnies Cold Water Therapy Group. Also, now I very rarely have flares with my arthritis. I would say it’s the best thing I have done health wise. Marnie is a lovely friendly lady so cheerful and bubbly. She has a very active life which includes hiking, boxing and going to the gym and she loves to travel. Marnie is the kindest person and always happy to help people. I felt straight away that I had known her for much longer than I actually did (life time friend). I would highly recommend Marnie to anyone looking for help in the areas she works in; and Cold Water Therapy is the best thing I have tried. Thanks Marnie.
