Ruth has well and truly saved me. She has a wonderful energy and is so incredibly good at her job. She has brought me peace and serenity in a time where I thought my life was over. Ruth has processed my trauma into a much healthier dynamic and enabled me to access my unconscious at a level I had no idea existed. Despite being sceptical that two sessions would be enough to heal me, I was desperate to recover from PTSD and willing to try any alternative therapies. Ruth reassured me and explained the processes we would go through together, giving me clear information and a forum to ask any questions at any time. I can't thank you enough - you will never truly know the impact you have had on me, Ruth.

I did 3-Step Rewind with Ruth. I had contemplated becoming a practitioner, but then experienced parts of the rewind for myself too and wow! Ruth is such a lovely, genuine, down to earth person. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

Ruth is of the most amazing human beings I have ever met. She helped me to overcome and heal from birthing trauma, childhood traumas, and prepared me for using the wonderful method of Hypnobirthing. I delivered my baby boy (8 pounds 7 ounces) by breathing him down, not a single push, no pain killers. I found this experience a true empowerment. I have learned a lot from Ruth, I find her creativity, 'tuned-in-ness', joyfulness, loving kindness very inspiring.

I cannot recommend Ruth highly enough for hypnotherapy or hypnobirthing. She helped me to process some negativity/trauma around my first birth and a miscarriage in our initial session, revisiting this during our hypnobirthing sessions when required. I also received some treatment for intravenous needle phobia. The hypnobirthing course was so well prepared and structured and my mam and husband were both impressed. We didn't expect it to be so scientifically based. Ruth gave me complete confidence in my body's ability to birth my baby. I achieved a successful VBAC during covid-19 and honestly do not think it would have been possible without the the techniques and tools Ruth had taught me. My husband was a much more supportive birthing partner than first time around. I still use some of the techniques we were taught to this day. Worth every single penny. And Ruth herself is such a warm, likeable person. I instantly felt comfortable with her.

Ruth is an amazing hypnotherapist and trainer with a wealth of knowledge and is someone who inspires me to “keep going”. She is so very kind, generous, supportive and is always willing to share all she can with others, well beyond any expectations. Her listening ear is always on full radar. I am sure her favourite word is LUSH and I can easily say she IS lush!

I have had a fear of needles for over 20 years, so bad that I have fainted on more occassions than I can count whilst having bloods or injections done. When my husband and I were told we would need IVF to start a family, I really didnt know how I was going to be able to give myself the injections needed. I tried to watch YouTube videos of other couples going through IVF and administering their injections, but I could never get to the injection part without feeling like I would faint! I contacted Ruth for help, and I was prepared to have to have many sessions with her to overcome this. It was such a pleasure to meet Ruth and after an initial consulation we met in person to have a session. I felt the change immediatetly after the session, so much so that I wanted to some to take some bloods from me there and then! I had a few weeks to wait before I had to give some more bloods, and for the first time ever I was able to look at the needle in my arm and watch the blood being taken - this would have for sure made me faint only 6 weeks ago! The true test was yesterday, when I came to have my first IVF injection. I imagined crying, panicking and really struggling to get this done, but it was the total opposite. I was calm and I was able to give myself the injection without feeling the least bit faint at all. I seriously cannot believe that I have been able to do this and it is all down to Ruth. I never thought I could overcome this near lifelong phobia and after just one session I am free of it. Whats better is that it is allowing us to (hopefully) start our family. Thank you so much Ruth, I will be forever grateful!

I am exceptionally happy with the treatment that I received from Ruth. I always warned Ruth that I would likely be her toughest client to help and I think I might have been right! She showed patience, understanding, empathy and kindness throughout our sessions. With Ruth’s help I am actually part way to curing my deep rooted severe needle phobia. This is not something I ever really believed possible if I’m honest! To put this into perspective....I had not managed to let anyone near me with a needle or or touch a needle myself in the last 15 years. I had tried numerous hypnotherapists, treatments and exposure therapy over the years but if anything, my phobia seemed to get worse. It hasn't been an overnight cure, Ruth has been treating me on and off for about a year. But with her patience and and understanding I am now at a place where I am able to inject myself with insulin every day (ironically I developed Gestational Diabetes)! I am booked in to get my bloods drawn this week and I have no doubt that I will be able to get it done. I can't express the relief I feel at finally conquering this phobia which has literally ruled my whole life. Ruth, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart xxx

We have recently completed a hypnobirthing course with Ruth in preparation for the arrival of our first baby later this month. We couldn't recommend her highly enough! She put us a great ease, tailored her course to our needs and we learned lots of key physiological information and relaxation techniques to support our understanding of the labour process. We would whole-heartedly recommend anyone thinking of giving hypnobirthing a try to call Ruth and chat about her tailored course.
