I was barely able to walk due foot pain and by the time my appointments with Julia were at an end the difference was so amazing - nearly pain free! With her support and guidance the transformation was fantastic - I got back to doing the things I love and not dreading the day ahead full of pain. Thank you Julia♥️
Special shout out to Zamir for his professional attitude, friendly, caring and efficient service from start to finish of the course. This included thorough assessment and encouragement throughout! Plantar Fasciitis - you don't want it but if you get it, the treatment of choice for us was physio and ESWT rather than steroid injections. The exercise programme was very well organised and tailored to my wife's needs with ongoing support which extended into the knee pain likely caused by disturbed walking pattern. Claire also deserves a mention for the admin and friendly support on reception. Thank You and thoroughly recommended!
Peter has been helping me with some persistent back pain. He really listened to my concerns and worries, he did some tests and then recommended some very good exercises for me to do going forward which make me feel better. He is very nice and knowledgeable. Fully recommend.
Julia really helped me with my back problem , I enjoy the exercises she gave me and I feel a lot of improvement
Julia was amazing, friendly, professional and extremely patient, she has a lovely manner with people, can’t recommend enough! Thank you Julia!
The physio treatment I have received has been excellent. Julia was exceptionally diligent, exploring my array of symptoms and instructing me to contact my gp about other issues she identified. I felt safe and listened to in every session....brilliant
This was my first ever appointment for a deep tissue massage treatment at the Newcastle Sports Injury Clinic. The Therapist failed to read my medical form or ask some basic and simple questions throughout my treatment (i.e how is the pressure, is that OK for you etc, here are some exercises to take away?) Instead I got one whole hour of meaningless, pointless banter which resembled more of an experience of going to a hairdresser - My silent response did not seems to make it end either....By the end of the blah, blah, blah I was exhausted with the relentless banter from the Therapist and paid £60 for the treatment. I won't be going back ever!
I had a really bad shoulder i came here and had the amazing Zamir. From beinging made you feel comfortable discussed and talked through everything about my problem. After visiting for number of wks with physio i feel myself again. The pain i had was excruciating never felt pain like it! Popping painkillers like sweets just to get ease but never worked! but this man has been absolutely fantastic and im at ease and not had any meds since. Totally 💯 recommend going here. The receptionist s are lovely and friendly easy place to find! Hope im not back in a hurry. Totally thank you again from bottom of my heart Zamir. An angel.
An incredible service and most effective treatment I have had. Having suffered with a number of injuries and seeing more than one of the therapists, I have never been anything less than totally confident in my treatment and thier advice. The reception team are so accommodating, efficient and friendly as well. Couldn't recommend them more!
They gave me some relief to my aches and pains in my leg muscled. Paid privately. Did the job short term but still needed further treatment to resolve issues so I went to the NHS rather than continuing to pay private. But they knew their stuff. Would I use them again ? Yes
