I've had a great experience being coached by Louise. The sessions have been supportive and insightful and have helped me learn more about myself and my approach to work, career goals, and life in general. I'm really grateful Louise was recommended to me and I have no hesitations in doing the same.
I was recently awarded funding through access to work to have 12 hours of adhd coaching sessions. I found Louise Hiles through google and immediately warmed to her. She combines coaching alongside a therapeutic approach which I found very helpful. Each of the sessions helped bring clarity to how my world views were formed and how I can utilise my innate skills, bringing forward hidden 'talents' that would improve my efficiency in the work place as well as how I saw myself. I would recommend Louise to anyone looking for a supportive work coach.
I have had several sessions with Louise. She offers warmth, depth, insight and clarity as a coach. Her manner is calming and focused which has been so valuable to me in my professional development. Louise’s experience as a therapist offers the space to go deeper where required but she encourages me to keep me on track with the areas I want to look at.
